“I forget the name of the driver I’m not very good with names,he was very professional. Was told the driver would be there in 30 minutes and he got there in about 20 minutes. Towed my van and trailer home for me after the transmission burned up on a Friday night. I will definitely be calling this company again if I ever have another problem and I will definitely recommend to other people. I am able to walk or MARTA almost anywhere, but sometimes I need a Zipcar to get something at IKEA or pick up a friend from the airport in style. Zipcar rates and ease of rental are ideal in those situations. For rentals longer than 6 hours, it may be worth the hassle of going to a rental agency, because the price gets out of hand. I never really use more than $10 worth of gas, and car rentals can be $50 a day with insurance, while Zip is about $70-100 a day. I feel for the other reviewers who had poor customer service, esp. the one who had difficulty getting gas. But, the times when I have had to call customer service, they have been prompt and helpful and reasonable.”
