booked an appt just to arrive to an empty building that looked like a construction site...They took a 50$ deposit from me that I have to get a refund for!!!! The place has been closed since January but their website says their open and ppl are still able to book appts and pay deposits!! Fraudulent!!! Period!!!Horrible Business Ethics!!! I

I booked an appointment online with this salon to get my hair cut and colored for my 39th Birthday..I also paid a deposit for both services just to pull up to the location at 1pm today and to my suprise the salon was NOT open at all..Windows were boarded up and it looked like a construction site..I called the nbr on a banner in the front just to be told we've been out of business since January and they weren't aware of a scheduled appt for today and they will just have to refund my deposit when they get a chance as she was currently "busy"..What kind of person does not disclose that you aren't in business on your business website not to mention why are ppl even able to book an appt at all?! I am disgusted by this totally preventable oversight..I definitely have no interest in doing future business with a place that handles their business this way..The lady apologized and seemed genuine but that isn't good enough...Shut your got dam website down or at least post you aren't open for business..You lost a potential customer because of horrible business management skills ??

Great experience. Stylist came on her day off to fstyle my hair. I went for the exotic twists that also includes a hydration treatment. Great style that last a while.

Princess was AMAZING! I was warmly greeted and escorted to the shampoo bowl, where we discussed my expectations for my hair. She was honest with my about potential style outcomes, chemical services, etc. We decided on a style. The shampoo was relaxing, thorough and scalp massage all that! I am truly impressed by her skills and knowledge. I am glad I found this salon and definitely will return for ALL my cosmetology needs!

I've been coming here for years. The salon is always clean & a great atmosphere. Princess Asua is absolutely amazing!! She makes you feel like a queen & listens to your needs. She always makes great suggestions based on my features & personality whenever I have no idea of the style I want. I am a fan of her work & I will continue to frequent this establishment. Keep us the good work.

Very friendly and professional atmosphere. I love braids and I have tried soo many salons. None have done my hair like Ms. Peaches. She does not pull my hair too tight and my hair is growing. Every style I show her, she gets it perfectly. I see the work of the other stylists and they are all very hood and professional. I highly recommend Tulips & Peaches Salon.

Overall great experience. She is extremely professional. She treats customers like imma a queen. The way my scalp felt after she was done was amazing. She even educated me on some techniques. She managed her time correctly not to fast or not to slow got done in timely manner. They only reason why I didn't give her a 5 star is because hours of operation the days she close is the days I want to come because of my hectic work schedule. Thanks princess
