Always one person at the counter and a long line. I dread having to go to the lobby.

Great customer service, especially for a post office!

I received absolute terrible service. I was given a slip to fill out for a priority envelope and then told that I had to fill it out outside of the line, but those forms were not available on the checkout line so I had to stay in line to get the form and then I was asked to get out of and then get back in line to fill out the.
Then, when I went for my payment, it required me to give a rating of the service. I received the representative behind the desk just click satisfied as if I have a satisfied with the courtesy of the service that I received, and I was not.
I wasn’t here for personal matters. I was here for the city and conducting city business, and the individual was extremely rude disrespectful and was unprepared to handle The services that are required.
In addition, I stood in line for several minutes while he figured out how to help the person in front of me.
Literally the worst service I have ever received from this particular location. Highly recommend a retraining or maybe he’s not a people person and shouldn’t be behind the counter!

i never wish customer-facing employees any ill will because i know how frustrating it can be, but i swear the lady at the front desk is just at work to make things difficult.
my letter still hadn’t gotten to where it needed a be a week after the estimated date, so i came in to inquire. it was a saturday morning with genuinely no other car in the parking lot. no one else was in line. i took no tone, had no thoughts, didn’t even question why it was taking so long.
the lady at the front desk was not only wildly unhelpful, she was also rude and dismissive. would it pain you to treat people with basic decency and respect?

They are so rude. I asked a simple question just to make sure i didn’t write anything wrong in the address (which would avoid any mailing issues) the lady working there responded as if i was a little kid asking an ignorant question. If you don’t know how to handle being in customer service DO NOT be in customer service.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was my first time mailing business documents, and I needed one-day certified mail. The employee didn’t ask me what service I needed and processed it as regular mail. When I pointed this out, she responded with attitude and blamed me for not specifying upfront, instead of simply helping me fix the issue. USPS should ensure that employees working directly with customers are respectful, patient, and capable of providing helpful service. Aggressive behavior has no place in a customer-facing role.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews here. Because I entered my address incorrectly.
I'm really sad because my package was lost, but the staff here, especially the manager, really helped me. They calmed me down and found my package. I love this place, and I love the people here. Once you explain your problem in a humane way, there's no reason they won't help you

I hated giving one star!!! I wish ZERO was an option!! This post office has had a package that is to be delivered to me since January 28, 2025. I have my tracking number and all, but I can NEVER reach anyone to inquire about it after repeatedly tracking my package and contacting that main post office number! Why is my package still sitting there?????

I run a small business and I unfortunately have to deal with the post office quite often. They’re usually useless, but this time not only were they useless— they were useless with an unnecessary attitude. Particularly Jeanie, who has no business working in customer service.
I’ve had international packages being returned for no reason— the packages don’t even leave tucker before getting returned to me in TUCKER. My insurance doesn’t cover the shipping label fee on returned packages and neither does USPS (shocker). I usually just have to eat the shipping cost, but I decided to go in and ask them to identify the reason for the package being returned.
Jeanie took a look at it, blank stare and says she has no idea. I asked her how I can figure out so this doesn’t happen in the future, she said she doesn’t know. Then she said it’s missing the customs slip— I pointed out the customs column on the label— they she says “it was just a guess, honey”! Didn’t even let me explain the situation to her, cut me off at every word. I don’t understand the attitude and the incompetency. Your job is to provide customer service to customers not to show off your eye rolling skills.

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in while doors still open at approximately 5:03pm. After employee is finished with a customer and I start to walk forward with my one package she says we are closed. I was polite and said the door is open and there are still other customers could you just help me with my package. She then went on to raise her voice and say that they have many things to do and are not authorized over time. Another employee was currently seeing another customer. Others were filling out papers and still no one said anything. Another employee was now at the door to lock it and was just smiling while she was rude to a customer who if it wasn’t for us shopping and mailing would not have a job. I then proceeded to say this is why the USPS will go under because they do not know about customer service. It was literally 5:03 it was one box and if you want to give Exceptional Customer Experience then you would take this last customer. Instead you would rather give poor customer service while yelling have a good day thank you very much with sarcasm! I will never visit this location ever again and unfortunately it wasn’t always this way.

I really miss outside mail drop boxes at this location. It's annoying to have to walk inside each time.

Advertised as 24 hour lobby access but its not. I came by to get my mail at 9pm and the doors were locked. Why am I paying for further inconvenience?

I've been going to this location for three years and haven't had issues with shipping items. I get the sense that some days there aren't enough people for the work, but I don't take it personal if the conversation is short. Latoya and everyone else there still deserve respect. My local carrier Tee is also so efficient and helpful.
