For that was first vist; their costomer-first, quick and friendly approach from front desk smile and proffessional services until the last minute's, "see you next time," wish and walked away by leaving the door closed behind me, everything made me say, "Wow!"

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! From the doctors to the support staff, everyone ensured my four-year-old received the care she needed. I am incredibly grateful for their patience and kindness with my child. I highly recommend their services!

This location would be a lot better if they would train their staff on customer service. I’ve had 2 experiences with bad customer service now I’m stuck with having to go to another place and I’m not doing vision works ANYMORE at ANY location. I don’t deal with grown rude women. Just ridiculous these are the only people to work in our (African Americans) neighborhoods. I recommend you avoid the headache and go somewhere else!

Great experience with Hope M. She was very attentive and gave me good info on pricing etc. I will def continue to use VW for my eye care. Also, the doctor was very good and attentive. Minimal wait!

I absolutely love this location. I have been a Visionworks client for years and this location consistently provides great service and care. Dr. Yi is amazing she takes time to explain the process ask questions and gives you options. Hope was also very helpful and the technician that helped me was great, too bad it was her last day. I really enjoy this team.

She is very engaged in your overall eye health. She always answers your questions and make you feel at ease.i been getting my eye exam there for over 10 years.

I am rating my recent experience at this location a 1 because zero is not an option. Lolita, the self-described general manager, was rude and eager to tell me everything that she could not do to offer me good customer service. The contacts that I have are poor quality as they are tearing within the first two weeks. Had she done a thorough review of my account, she would have known that my initial visit was less than 90 days ago and it has been less than 30 days since picking up my contacts. Lolita initially rudely and eagerly told me that I was over 90 days and I would have to pay for another exam. She was wrong! Instead of helping, she told me walk-ins are not accepted. Again, had Lolita utilized basic research skills, she would have known that I already had an appointment scheduled for the following day. Additionally, she told me that it was a courtesy/favor because I was suppose to reach out to the manufacturer myself. In actuality, it was her job to handle it instead of giving the customer the runaround when I was clearly within 30 days of pick up and the contacts were defective. Lolita went to great lengths to be rude, short and unprofessional in her delivery and when it was brought to her attention she simply doubled down and refused to give her whole name when she was advised that corporate would be contacted. The only bright side of this experience was calling back and getting another representative who not only offered to rectify the situation but also apologized for Lolita’s low class behavior. I would hope that Lolita does not represent the positive image that Visionworks wants to portray to their customer base. I am so displeased with her tone and her false representation of company policy. She intentionally failed to address my concerns or be of any assistance. Therefore, I will no longer do business with Visionworks and I will urge others to follow suit. I do not want to do business with people who refuse to treat me with respect, common courtesy and who go to great lengths to avoid helping me with the services they are suppose to provide.
