This may be our fault as well but I think it's employee procedure to let a customer know about any deals going on... coupons you may have ... The worker just took my money without giving me the buy one pair full price get one pair free. I saw the promotion after the fact, still I think me and my mother should have been told instead of just charging me 450 for ONE pair of glasses. I don't recommend this place seems like workers there are greedy. Very much so. He knew what he was doing when he took my card and didn't even think to ask me. Overall the eye doctor herself was very nice.

The eye doctor is amazing!! Glasses are very over priced!! Everything else is piss poor. Why would anyone less than a dr be suitable to measure data for glasses? The person who used a marker to measure my eye distance, had smelly hands. ? The wait time to contact a human for questions, will be over 20 minutes of listening to an auto messages of “….please press 8 or remain on the line”. It replays about every 30 seconds.

Unfortunately this is my 2 nd bad experience with vision works tucker ga location. The time span has been a few years from most recent 11/16/23. First appt I had to reschedule bcuz the doctor on this day felt my time wasn’t important while he lolly gaged with a non customer. So when I came back had eye exam and picked out my frame; a week or so later I rcvd a call stating the pair of glasses I picked was discontinued. So how didn’t u know at the time i chose the frame? They suggested i come back to get another pair. Wasn’t an option for me. I wanted a refund. Fast forward was told by Leroy that the refund was submitted and it would take 30to 60 days to show on my insurance end. So this was all while being on the phone with my insurance as well as Walmart which is where i found better a little more stylish frames. Unfortunately the lady i was speaking to with my insurance didn’t make any notes for the rep to follow up per my insurance said they would push it through bcuz I didn’t get the glasses vision work charged me for. So when the next rep called vision works spoke with Leroy to verify inf so I can get my glasses he refused any information becuz he said they can’t bill the insurance for the eye exam only. So I am 38 hot. So they visionworks kept the fee for glasses I didn’t get and didn’t want to purchase any others at the facility. So I say to you who read this make sure damn sure you get the glasses you want and they r not discontinued before they submit insurance bcuz it is hell to get a refund that is due if you do not want any other glasses from them. So with an unpleasant experience, twice I will never ever go back.

The manager of this location Leo K. Went above and beyond for my daughter and I. We experienced some issues with her glasses a few times, but as soon as Leo stepped in he solved the problem and reorder my daughters glasses. Great customer service and I will be back to this location.

Awesome is the word I would use for the dr and her staff! I have health issues and the dr saw more issues via my eyes that put me on notice! I’m so grateful to each and everyone in that office! I think Leo and Hira (may be wrong name but she’s the young lady who did the initial testing for the Dr) and Alex are a great fit; their customer service was as great as the Dr! Alex had to do extra to find frames to fit my current lenses, due to no lab at the site so, it will be two weeks and I’m BLIND without my glasses and she had to do extra to make the lenses fit! I will not go anywhere else to get my glasses sooner, I will not be seeing any other optometrist unless there is no way for me to continue going to this office! Thank you all so much???

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Worker at the front desk was very rude and not friendly. I was late ten mins and was not able to get waited on even though they have a ten min grace period. Will never go to Visionworks again in my life.

Very disorganized location. The staff apathy is very apparent. I did not get seen for an hour after my set appointment time. There were no apologies for the delay and then I found out they put 2 people in front of me that had appointments for later times. By the time it was time for me to be seen, it was closing time and you could definitely tell the Dr. was ready to leave. Eyeglasses are not cheap and I deserved to get the same treatment as those people they allowed to skip me. I was patient and it was their logistical error, not mine. I spent a total of 2 hours in that office. Just Ridiculous.

Quick and efficient. The staff was helpful and helped me pick out contact lenses after a several year break from using them. Everyone was very friendly and I appreciated how streamlined the process felt.

Greeted me right away, fixed a scheduling problem right away, exam was complete and quick, doctor Yi was amazing and kind and informative, staff was professional and helpful and friendly, even while very busy.

I scheduled an appointment specifically for discomfort/issues with my right eye. The issue was noted on the online form and by two people on a notepad since "their system was down/acting strange". These people did not do an exam for that and are now telling me I have to come back in for a medical exam and pay an out of pocket expense!!! They crooks if not incompetent. Do not go here unless it is your last resort!!!
