Constantly long wait at the pharmacy. Inside And outside. Staff has no sense of urgency. I'm switching to a smaller chain where they actually appreciate your business. Also reduced hours here.

This place seems terminally mismanaged. Every time I come I expect to wait 10 to 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription that’s ready. The staff is very nice, but they’re always in a hurry, always flustered. There’s always angry people waiting. Feels just like the DMV used to feel. I scheduled a Covid vaccination. When I arrived today for my appointment, they were out of Covid vaccines. What’s the point of making an appointment then? Just a waste of time and money. I won’t be back. It’s really not worth your time to come here.

This could be a good pharmacy- they just don't have enough workers. The wait time is always very long. They keep cutting hours. Twice I have been when I could not get my prescription. Once they had cut their evening hours back and the next time when they had closed the pharmacy window for lunch. Just know before you go and save your gas.

This pharmacy is horrendous. The two young women who work in the pharmacy department are incredibly rude. I was behind an older gentleman who could not remember the last 4 digits of his wife' s phone number in order to get the medication. The tech was so unkind to this poor man. Customer service does not exist at this store. Take your business elsewhere. It is obvious that the service will not change so just find another store.

I'm not one to write reviews but this place SUCKS.Had an emergency prescription called in to this place after a visit to urgent care and they had an "emergency closure" sucked trying to transfer that prescription to a new place before they closed but that's whatever. What REALLY pissed me off is the fact that the next day I called to refill a different prescription and they confirmed that it would be ready by 6:30 and that they close at 9. I get there and the lady tells me that the prescription is expired and that she had told me I need to get it renewed by my doctor. I literally had done that the day before & the store had confirmed hours before I came that it would be ready. She had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy. Never going back, CVS has much better service and less stuck up pharmacists.

It’s gotten so bad. This week I’ve been told meds are ready to show up to have some snarky woman tell me they’re not there’s info problems etc. Get it handled & profile says it’s good to show back up to be told now only 1 med I needed filled (no) and still waiting . I try to recap with her and he hangs the window phone up & stares at computer. I pull off to call to get further info and I hear them says oh it’s that lady and put me on hold never answer. I know these pharmacies are notorious for treating their staff badly, but it’s now causing issues with customers and my sons meds are important as are many peoples - they’ll get sick if they miss. This should be taken so lightly. It’s a shame. I’ll just drive further to go where we get treated better.

Management failure.The reviews speak for themselves loud and clear.A 10:15 appointment for a flu shot required I wait until 11:18I waited for just over an hour before I was seen.There were 6 other people waiting along with me.Also, they're very socially unskilled. I witnessed several old luddite customers seeking help in-person because they couldn't figure out online scheduling.The pharmacist seemed unable to understand their requests. Perhaps a language barrier. The rudeness did not help the situation.Overall the pharmacy here is filled with management incompetence.If you're understaffed, hire more people. If you can't find more people, raise your salary offering.Or alternatively, if you have a tartiness issue with employees, that's still a poor management problem.Steer clear of this place if at all possible.

Went in here to get the free take home covid tests advertised on the Walgreens website and none of the pharmacists had even heard of it...Also don't even try calling. They pick up just long enough to put you on hold again. They do that over and over till you just hang up.I'm not against Walgreens as a company...but this store needs new management to bring it to its potential.

On hold for 24 minutes while Pharmacist kept answering the call and immediately putting it back on hold. When I finally spoke with her she said she would have to look in the computer system but had customers and was too busy. She put me back on hold and the same thing. 32 minutes I hung up. What way is this to do business?

We were out of town when my prescription was refilled. Another family member has the same prescription so I borrowed medicine from them. I called the pharmacy and they assured me they wouldn't put my prescription back and I could pick it up when I returned. They texted me saying the same thing. When I went to get the prescription today they had put it back. Now I am short a week's worth of medicine. They tell me there's nothing they can do.

I love this Walgreens the new faces and the great people there are amazing every time I visit . Brittany was very helpful from the time I walked in the store until I left great spirit and sense of humor to brighten your day

Booked a booster shot appointment two weeks ago and they "overbooked"/ran out. Didn't offer alternative appointment times or any help. Very upset with their pharmacy service especially since I booked an appointment well in advance.
