I had an appointment at 5 pm for an oil change they didn’t get my information until 5:30 they told me I could do my grocery shopping while I wait it was then 6:45 and I still hadn’t heard anything about my car so I asked the gentleman at the desk how much longer he said approximately 20 min it then reached 7:30 and I the man came in from my car and told me they didn’t have the screwdriver they needed to use for my oil change I waited 2.5 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t do my oil change at all I wish there was better communication and they told me they couldn’t do my oil as soon as they got my car instead of me waiting…Service: Oil change

Had flat tire they said wasn't repairable and they didn't have any tires my size. I went to Walmart of Rockbridge rd Stone Mountain they repaired it.

Absolutely awful experience. I wish I would have looked for the reviews before I ever tried coming here. Just need an oil change and it took 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. The woman in front of me and I were told to wait outside and then told we could only get it if we went inside and then told we could only get it if we wait outside. The employees could not be less motivated to work. My opinion of walmart was already terrible but the auto center is even worse than expected. I will never come back. I wish there was some sort of accountability for such bad experiences, but Wal-Mart doesn't value its customers at all.They ended up getting the woman in front of me and then telling me it would be an additional hour and a half to 2 hours for mine. After waiting an hour already. Hell no.

Purchased 2 tires online and at pickup the Service Manager refused to install purchased tires due to a difference in what was on the vehicle and what the tablet showed factory size for the vehicle, even though the new tires were same size as on rims. 205-65 R15

Awful experience - needed 4 new tires and decided to take a chance using Walmart. I ordered my tires weeks ago and was supposed to have them installed the following weekend. My order just kept saying “delayed” and no one could give me an estimate of when they would be ready/available for installation. Between the employees in the auto care center and Walmart customer service, I kept being told different things. First, I was told they would guarantee within 24 hours they would be ready. 48 hours go by. Then I’m told to contact the store directly. It took me 2 days of attempting to call to finally get someone on the phone only to be told my tires still hadn't arrived and there was nothing they could do. Then, I’m told that even though my order still says “delayed”, my tires had arrived and would be ready the next day for my appointment. 2 hours before my appointment, I get notified that it’s been canceled because they don’t have my tires and to call the store to reschedule. I called and called and no one answers. So, I drive all the way over there. The employees are rude and tell me they don’t have my tires and there’s nothing they can do. I’m told if I want a refund to call Walmart customer service. So I did, 4 times. As every single time they only cancelled one of my tires instead of all 4 like I specifically asked. Thankfully I got a full refund and am able to take my business elsewhere, but word to the wise, don’t be fooled by the reasonable prices. This was a nightmare of an experience and I will never again attempt to order tires through Walmart.Service: Tires
