When doing self checkout today (only had two items today), I came around on the right to double bag a glass item. A window pops up and the older man who assists on self checkout came over to me, but he was very rude and talking loud saying that I put the bag on the glass, but I did not. (that probably happens sometimes with a new checkout system that it reads things that gets close to the scanner). He did not play the video back. I asked if he would just clear screen and he said " that is what I am doing", yet again in a loud upset voice. I referred him to Front End Manager Diwan and she said she would handle it. I also pointed to the rude man so that she would know exactly which man. I have spent thousands at Walmart local store and online (like so many people) since I moved from a different state 4 years ago, and this is how the store and employees thank you. I highly doubt I will go back to this store.

Except for one person at this particular location, Walmart has the worst customer service AS A BRAND! It doesn’t matter which department you’re dealing with either. They either close early, don’t know anything, don’t answer the phone, they are rude and have an “I don’t care“ attitude. And if you think that speaking with a supervisor or a manager is going to get different or better results then think again! Their attitudes are just as bad as the staff. I wish a comparable superstore like Meijer in the Midwest would branch out nationwide so we could boycott Walmart out of business!

The Pharmacy clerks are not doing their jobs. I called 5 times to verify receipt and status of a prescription, each time they would answer the phones and place you on a hold without returning to the call. There is a change in staff and the service has gotten terrible. They show no care or concern for the customer.

The Walmart itself is fine but there's so many awful people selling stuff in and around the store. A few polite people in need and nice kids with fundraisers but mostly pushy ********. The phone service guy who for some inconceivable reason has a booth in the middle of one of the main walkways in the store physically grabbed me and pulled me back to his station and held me there after I said I wasn't interested in giving him my address and tried to keep moving. Not worth dealing with.

This is for the delivery. I don't receive my orders half the time. Items seem to get lost in their store. Groceries were to be delivered days ago and still no delivery from the store. Tried calling the Walmart store number, no pick up, and tried calling the other number and no pick up. Why am I paying for a monthly service that doesn't work?

I have to report this Walmart as a 1/5 stars due to the fact of having "pickup option" and not honoring it once arrived and items are paid for. I arrived today around 5pm to pickup my order I placed through the Walmart app for pickup, I arrived, parked in the designated parking spots, and checked in. Upon checking in, I was informed that they were busy and they'll be out shortly. About 5 minutes pass, I call the number listed, which was 470-955-7921 and it rang 3-4 times and went to voicemail. I then attempted to call Walmart customer service, but my bf insisted on going in to pick up the order to save the hassle of waiting a long period of time, etc. The order was then fulfilled, but what's the purpose of having the pick up option if it's not honored. Then they have pick up on the side of the Walmart in a sketchy area. How weird?

BRAIN DEAD ORDER FULFILLMENT! I placed simple 3 item order. Ordered $35+ worth of stuff to get free shipping. Yeah Right Charged me quickly Never got order to me. Sent replacement order Supposed to be delivered yesterday Nope. Had fedex tracking number, but all they did was generate shipping label. Never shipped. Just got off phone for THIRD TIME. They said they will just cancel order. DON'T ORDER FROM WALMART AND BELIEVE THEY'LL SHIP YOUR ORDER!!! BRAIN DEAD COMPANY

This is, quite possibly, the scummiest, scuzziest, most disorganized, unprofessionally staffed Wal-Mart I have ever encountered. I drove out of my way to this location because I was told touristy postcards were sold here. They are not. They are, however, sold at the Lawrenceville location. The first thing I saw when I entered the store was a hand sanitizer dispenser that appeared to have been struck several times with a baseball bat. The other side of the "stay healthy" display had a wipe dispenser for carts. Naturally, it was out. The produce was wilted and brown. The deli salads had brown lettuce in them. That's when I noticed something...the prices. The prices at this location are sky high. The cereal, the cheese, the yogurt, the milk...everything was priced like the ultra organic section of Whole Foods. I grabbed a gallon of Wal-Mart brand milk and moved on. I arrived at the cleaning supplies, hoping to find some germ killing Windex. They didn't have that, but they did have a tiny bottle of blue Windex for almost $4.00. Are you kidding me? Again, I selected the Wal-Mart brand. Now, as I'm looking at the cleaning products, I see two, young black men working on stocking a nearby shelf. No problem at all...until they start having a loud conversation. Every other word was "nigga". Nigga this, nigga that, I told that nigga, nigga was like, these niggas said...and so on. I don't want to hear that. Customers have the right to expect a minimum level of decorum from the employees, am I correct? By this time, I'd had all I could take. I checked out and left. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.

This Walmart was okay. I went here recently when I was in the area, and I feel like it was pretty well-stocked. I was able to get everything on my list. We didn't have any issues with the workers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. One of the workers even went out of their way to show me where something was without me asking, which was refreshing. To me it's just one of those locations that is just not laid out well. It seemed like I couldn't find things as easily or naturally as when I'm at other Walmarts. I have a preference for the Walmarts I've been to in Gwinnett County so far that just appear to be more organized. I would come back to this location if I need to, but it's just not my first choice.

At 5:22PM I placed my first call to Tucker, GA’s money center. No one answered although store hours show 9AM-8PM. I tried the customer service number as well and was equally unsuccessful. I merely had a question about fees and after many attempts, I have no answers. I have never nor will I ever be a fan of Walmart and it’s barely there customer service.

I am never a fan of Walmart but every now and then will stop into this location. You can tell the workers don't want to be there. They don't acknowledge you and don't even say hi during check out. I really don't like this place!!

Warning: do not purchase a walmart money card because if for some reason you can not register it. It is impossible for you to recieve any of the money you put on it back. They will tell you to call that you need to call the number on the back of the card for any issues. The number on the back of the card is auto mated and there is nobody to speak to. When you call the 800 walmart number they tell you that you need to take it to the store for your return. After you sit on hold waiting for over 12 minutes for customer service to pick up the also try to refer you to the number on the back of the card. If you ask to speak to the store manager they also refer you to the 800, the number on the back of the card. This is after the 800 transferred you to both the number on the back of the card and green dot. After going through all this and have not been helped if you ask for the number of the "market manger of the store" which is what every other customer calls a distract manger. They refuse to give you both his name or office number for safety reason. I didn't ask for his full name, cell number or home address or even where his office was how is his first name and the office phone number a safely issue. I have worked in retail for over 30 years as everything from a part time associate to a store manager and have never refused a customer the number to the distract manager "market manager" nor have ever fought giving them the customer his name and number to his office and i have certainly never hung up on a customer who has asked for that informion. Why would i want to speak to corporate when the have absolutely no idea no idea what happens day to day in a store nor do the care about one customer in that store. I was completely given the run around all morning and still have not recieved an answer about how i will get my $75 back THE WALMART MONEY CARD IS A SCAM FOR WALMART TO MAKE EVEN MORE MONEY OFF THE CUSTOMERS AND THE WAY WALMART RUNS ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONSAL IT ALL MAKES ME REMEMBER WHY I SHOPPED AT TARGET ALL THESE YEARS.

Horrible. If you are thinking about getting your car serviced, THINK AGAIN! Absolutely slow and unorganized. The workers do not clearly communicate what you are there for to each other. Sat for 2 hours after being the 1st car to arrive. And when they were finally done it was utterly unorganized to get me out the door. The "manager" was trying to spew directions that the workers had already done. Just give me my keys please.

Their Auto Care Center is horrible totally taking to long to change an oil my estimated time was 45-60min waiting and only one car was in front me but my waiting went to 180min/3hrs since they passed me another customers and I don't where that privilege comes from, just horrible day that I lost my time and my plans, I'll not recommend this place to have an oil change unless you wanna wait for that long.
