Do not waste your time going there. The doors was locked and they’re only seeing wells Fargo customers. It’s always something at this location! So sad how they do banks in predominantly black areas

Horrible service. They are also short staffed, the bank teller Sharon was rude and made me wait 20 minutes TO DEPOSIT A CHECK!! There was 2 people in line and she took 10 minutes with one customer and another 5 with the other customer… Then It was my turn and I didn’t have my ID on me. My car is less than 5 feet away from the door. It took me no more than 10 seconds to grab my wallet and come back into the bank. She made get in line again to wait another 10 min. Not happy at all. Will NEVER come back here again. I am so disappointed in this company and location. There should not only be 1 teller!!!!! HIRE MORE TELLERS , I AM HAVING TO WAIT FOR WHAT???

I'm glad I don't bank with WF, as each time I have to do commercial transactions with the bank - the wait, lack of employees & overall service is unpleasant. This specific location on a Friday at 2P, had employee #1 by herself with 8 people in line. Employee #2 was solo at the Drive-Thru. The Manager/Personal Banker stated he couldn't assist anyone yet asked everyone in line what their needs were. At the 20-minute mark of waiting in line, employee #3 casually strolls in while sipping his drink from lunch & heads to the Drive-Thru. 10 minutes later employee #4 finally shows ups & joins employee #1 at the counter. Never say never, yet banking with WF is not an option & happily sticking with NFCU & BOA.

I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for 22 years. I deposited a check on October 6 and the teller and the receipt showed the funds would be available on October 7.I called on Friday to discover that the funds will not be released until October 16 due to the manages in the district needing to do further validation of the funds,. The case has been escalated and is under investigation by the Wells Fargo customers advisory team, which could take up to 10 days. I have taken this a step further and put in a formal complaint to the FDIC. Loyalty and financial stability means nothing to this institution.

The manager doesn’t know what she’s doing. I came in to schedule an appointment with my client & she went off trying to re-invent the wheel about check endorsements. Waste of time. She didn’t even attempt to write her wrongs, gave me my document back (one of which she threw away??) & a business card, no explanation. Ridiculous.
