My package was dropped off at this location and sat here for 2 days before being sent north to Atlanta, instead of south towards Miami, its intended destination. Complete incompetence.

Got a slip in the mailbox. They can't find the package. They had no solution. You can never get the same answer from different people there. It is really disappointing.
