Because you’re dealing with shipping live trees with unpredictable weather conditions after they’ve arrived and been planted, there will sometimes be losses that will occur. While almost all the trees (apple, olive, etc) are doing well, I have lost a couple during the one year warranty timeframe. In each case, TyTy replaced them (charging for shipping only, which I feel is fair). No one is perfect, but they do make an honest effort to resolve issues when they occur.”
