The Irritable Pelican Gallery is a beautiful gallery and sweet shop on Tybee Island, filled with locally crafted treasures. It features a wide variety of work from many Georgia artists, including stunning paintings, coastal-inspired gifts, handmade jewelry, and unusual art pieces. The space offers one-of-a-kind pieces and handmade souvenirs, with a big variety of prices. The staff, including artists themselves, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The gallery also operates as a florist and has launched Pelican's Palette, a new classroom for fun arts and crafts classes. Visitors describe it as a welcoming hidden gem and a favorite shopping spot, perfect for finding a meaningful souvenir or a special gift.
Always a great experience—especially when the Twisted Sisters team is onsite. Their glass and visual art are outstanding! Highly recommend.

I loved this spot! So many artists and the women running it were so nice!! I learned some fun facts about the island while I was there. So worth the stop! I bought several items!

Teresa was a life saver and delivered an out of the park flower spread for me to present my wife for our 10 year anniversary. The fact that she was in Tybee was a plus because I love shopping local. Will use again and glad to have a florist so close to us. She was personable as well. Lovely shop was a bonus.
