Terrible customer service. The employee forgot to have me sign a form when I rented the unit, a different employee called me a couple days later and said that I needed to come by and sign the form. Their hours are 8-4:30 so kind of difficult to come by and sign anything if you also have a job. So my wife goes to the office to sign the form on Wednesday at 8:00am, what a surprise, no one is their and the lights are off. They call me today and tell me that I need to come by and sign the form. I explain to tyem that my wife came by and no one was their, they said there is no way, they are always there at 7:30am. Then I explained I will get there when I can as I have a job during business hours just like they do, all for a mistake that they made, and she hung up on me. So I go to the office immediately, ask to sign the form and the first thing the gentleman at the office says is I dont appreciate how talked to the lady on the phone. I said she was rude first and explained the conversation. At this point, I am amazed at how terrible this companies customer service is. I sign the form and explain to the lady that my wife came by and she said there is no way. So I open the door and walk out and she called me a jack ass as I left the office. The other employee came outside for another reason and we start talking, he is still saying I am wrong and no one came by the office. All of this stemming from a mistake that they made by not giving me the form to sign. Extremely rude office personell and terrible customer service. I would highly recommend that you choose somewhere else to conduct business.
