Alltek has been fantastic to work with in my business. Responsiveness outside of what many consider "work hours" is much needed in my profession. They ALWAYS answer the bell when needed. More than not, they will address other problems they find during a call about something completely different. A very thorough group.

We are an unusual AllTek customer because we are a software development company, and we use the AllTek system to host a complicated Microsoft Access database application that manages student records for about 40 colleges and graduate schools. Our combined user base for those 40 schools is over 400 users. During peak usage periods, we have almost 100 simultaneous users logged into their various databases. What makes us unusual compared to most of AllTek's customers is that AllTek is providing only our software hosting. AllTek does not manage any of the computers or networks at the 40 sites where our software is used (over the internet). Some of our sites have fast computers with reliable internet connections and good onsite support, and some of our sites have sub-par equipment and support. Adding more complications, our customers use many versions of Windows and some Mac computers also. We converted our customer base to the AllTek hosting system during May 2018, and it was a huge, difficult change. We had to work through many unexpected problems that were caused by Microsoft Windows bugs, differences between Access 2010 and 2016, and differences between Windows Server 2008 and 2016. The last major problem got resolved roughly September 15, 2018, and the system has run smoothly since then. AllTek did a top quality job of supporting us through the transition. Their lead technician (and owner) Tim Haner did a great job of working with Robinsoft's programmers and customers to get the various issues figured out and resolved. My rating of AllTek's customer service, problem solving skills, and their system's speed and reliability is definitely five stars. AllTek gives us great customer support, their system is quite reliable with very little downtime, it is as fast as most of the other schools we support that have onsite servers, and we're happy with the prices we're paying.
