“Madison was super friendly and walked me through my car wash options. Wash was better than normal. It’s never perfect but removed almost all the water and hood, tires, rims are cleaner than usual. Now the vacuum area is where you will find the upgrade from other competing car washes. They have ample towels and glass cleaner and adequate vacuum suction but what got me was that they have air at each stall. I have a leaky tire so this was a big plus to me. They also a hand held air blower gun. I didn’t even notice it until the guy next to me was using it to force the remaining water off his car. I used it to blow out some of the dirt in the corners of the interior. I’m pretty sold on Caliber and will be back next time I need a wash. Also, since they have a poor location the place is not packed out (Sam’s) and I could take my time on a busy Saturday. ?”

“I literally JUST got home from this car wash. I Used the automatic wash because I was lazy. For some reason after I paid the pole didn't raise up to let me into the wash, so I drove around but (I believe this to be the owner) stopped me and asked if I purchased the wash and thankfully I had my receipt. He was very courteous and took my receipt and proceeded to turn on the wash. He even gave me a free upgrade. I was very impressed by the customer service alone. Now before I review the automatic wash I would like to say that there WILL NOT be any automatic car wash that will make your car all clean. Nothing beats a handscrubbed car wash. This automatic one here is the best that you will get, so for people wanting a spanking brand new looking car, get out of your car and scrub it! Aha that being said it's very nice and all the soap was filled so I was happy. I hope to use the manual scrubbing next time since the prices are nice and from the helpful owner being at the wash, I'm sure that's a good sign that it is well maintained.”

“Full service wash for my truck. Thursday at 1530 there was no line which was a plus. Normally the cars are wrapped around the building. I guess everybody else is working. The drive through wash was pretty standard, but I purchased the complete wash which included a detail, inside and out for only $60. There are four workers really giving my truck a once over. I don't think that it was this clean when I drove it off the lot. Everybody is friendly and working, and when I say working, I mean fast and through. I will be back for sure.”

“This location in union City, I visit this location a lot. Oil changes are quick and easy services. I have not had to wait a long time for service. Sometimes it can get pretty busy, but the wait time is still as expected,pretty much get you in and out. I have been visiting here for a couple of years now. The assistant. “I love bringing my car here. All of the lame car washes up north can learn from the outfits in the south that do a far superior job. The cleaning in front of the wash barn is good and the hand drying after is also included. Where they shine in my eyes is the usual 6-7 person blitz they do after the barn if you get full service. Usually a team of young teenage men and they do a great job. All white and perform their duties with pride. I consider it the level of a small detail job. A full 15-20 minutes of hand surface cleaning and wiping and the car looks terrific. Only downside is they only offer this like Thursday to Sunday so I've found myself out of luck a few times.”

“I've been going here for over a year now and I really love this place because it is conveniently located near my residence. They have very affordable membership packages. They also made recent upgrades but I honestly can't tell the difference because the quality of service has always been great. The employees are always polite and helpful...until the other today. I maintain this is a 5 star car wash; however, I encountered an employee the other day who probably should not be on the line working. As everyone knows, when you go through drive-thru car washes you have to align your wheels on the track. 99% of time, you don't need much guidance but then there's the 1% chance that you're having an off day. lol. Either way, the staff is always so professional and helpful with this process. This particular day, an employee-young lady with pink hair-almost gave me a panic because she was doing way too much and overreacting. If the car isn't aligning just learn how to give nonverbal and verbal directions without all the yelling and unprofessional gestures. She was yelling as if someone's property or life was in danger. I had to look around to make sure I wasn't underestimating the situation. Nope, she was just being EXTRA and RUDE. I'm not sure if she's new, was coming down off a high or just an easily annoyed person who hates her job but if she ever reacts that way to the wrong person, God have mercy on her. Her actions were over the top and she may need some more training. Be careful who you hire because they can make your business look bad. I hope she's never on the line again because I will most definitely tell her about herself if she ever acts that way again. Leave the yelling and trashy behavior at home!!!!”
