CVS used to be my go to pharmacy but they were going thru a rough patch. They seem to be doing a lot better. The stores are well stocked and the Associates have been friendly which make a huge difference

My mother-in-law has used this pharmacy for quite some time. on 02/26/2025, my wife and I drove an hour and a half to mother in law's house to take her to get seen by a doctor, after she had called us in tears in extreme pain. We spent the day at the ER and returned to her part of town and to this location a few minutes before 7:30. The pharmacy refused to fill her prescription while we waited, even after we explained that she had no other way to come back because we were her ride and we lived an hour and a half away. This is poor service, in my opinion. It was one prescription for a long time customer who had to, unnecessarily, spend an additional night extreme pain.

I arrived at the pharmacy in Tyrone Ga at 7:20 PM on 2/26/25 to fill my mother’s prescription. While I understand this was 40 minutes before closing, I had just traveled an hour and a half to take her to the hospital and was trying to get a single pain medication filled on my way home so I could return to work the next day.
The staff member on duty informed me that they were closing and could not process the prescription, directing me to another pharmacy 45 minutes away. Meanwhile, my mother sat in the car in severe pain, crying. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and by far the worst service I have ever received.

After years of continued customer service automation by the corporate CVS overlords I finally ended my business with them. Service to the customer is clearly the bottom of the list of priorities for them. I constantly fight unwanted and unwelcomed phone calls and text messages I have requested I not get dozens of times. The phone calls and messages are not to improve service to me and only serve to cut out my personal relationship with the pharmacy staff and to automatically fill renewals even after I told them repeatedly I prefer to manage my refills myself.
The staff's deteriorating attitude and lack of professional pleasantries has significantly deteriorated from what is clearly aggressive out-of-store corporate overload's pressures to do more with less and with automation technology unwelcomed and unwanted by the customer.
Publix has earned mine and my wife's busy with their efficiency, professionalism, and wonderful personal customer service.
I don't have to accept the worst in class performance exhibited by CVS.

The staff is helpful and attentive. The store is well stocked. The signage is posted. The store is cleam and brightly lit without items obstructing the aisles. It is my favorite.

This cvs pharmacy is the worst!! Do not get your prescriptions filled here they know not what they do!! I asked was a medication covered he said let me check, went to check then gave me a time of when it will be ready just for me to go and be told it’s not covered and have to deal with someone else, female this time who acted like she couldn’t comprehend what I was asking!! Worst pharmacy ever!!!!

Derek the pharmacist is very unprofessional. He questioned me at the drive thru pharmacy window asking “will my insurance work” in a very condescending tone! I did not like the way he questioned me and I asked why was he asking me this he did not really answer the question but responded stating do they have different insurance than me? I said yes they have different insurance than mine and I repeated why he was asking me this. He then states we won’t have to put the medication back after filling it! I was confused by his questions and started getting upset at this point, he then asked if I ever filled prescription here before? I replied I have been filling this prescription for over 11 years and why is he asking me this he states because I haven’t filled with the CVS in a while which is not true I filled prescription last month for my kids. I told him to check the system. I left pharmacy very upset and called back via phone and asked why did me question me like that and he stated he does not want to argue and I can come get my prescriptions if I am unhappy with this pharmacy. I then drove back to pharmacy and picked up prescriptions and I will never ever fill with any CVS again. You have lost a long time customer. He needs to be fired with his arrogant attitude and unprofessional behavior!
