The new store manager at this location is rude and snobby doesn’t know how to do her job she’s new I have never seen her there before and she lied saying the other lead or assistant manager there quit which is a lie if u don’t want to work with people do a warehouse job with no people contact and I asked her for distract managers name and stuff didn’t even know it

Walked in to two employees having a conversation near the door. Not one of them acknowledged me with a greeting. Must be the norm with some customers 👎🏾

I was just in this location tonight right before closing. I was heading towards check out & one of the ladies came from the office and said, Ma’am we’re closing in a rude way. I immediately looked at my watch & then saw the lady walk back towards the office & said to the other lady “What you want me to tell her”? As if I couldn’t hear.😫 I then said, y’all close at 9 p.m. She said, yes. I said, well you all still have 5 minutes. I proceeded to check out & told her they have some of the worst customer service. As she tells me that the other lady was trying to count her drawer.
As if I care at this point! I don’t care about her drawer it wasn’t 9:00 p.m. or after, so EXCUSE me for being a PAYING customer that’s helping you have a JOB. Forget about making a customer’s experience a pleasant one. Why not just say ma’am we close in 5 minutes or just make an announcement. I’m not one of those who will continue to just shop knowing they are closing just to be there. I literally wasn’t paying attention to the time & was actually heading towards the front anyway.
I CANNOT stand RUDENESS..just straight up UGLINESS. Watch how you treat others because you REAP what you sow.
You know this was actually my second encounter with this specific lady. I hadn’t been there in months.
I WILL not be Returning!! Got their names Teresa and Missy. Do Better!

I wouldn’t choose to go here again. Store was disorganized, many shelves were empty and lacking. Cashier was not friendly

Waited at checkout forever, lady was out on smoke break. Customer service was so not helpful.

Great little store. Been here for years it's located in my hometown. Anytime and every time me and my two children come to load money onto our cashapp card the little old lady with the grey bob makes sure to make us feel like a huge unconvinced and ultimately always end up leaving feeling disgusted by her behavior during the transaction which I have to guide her thru.... I wish this was not a issue. Very rude to make someone feel this way. Thanks dollar general.

They open about 15 minutes late and when I went inside they were screaming at each other and ignored me standing there. The lady finally came back out and said the other woman would be with me “eventually” ??? yikes 5 stars for bad vibes ?
