I’ll never understand this Goodwill location! When making a donation they announce only 2 bags allowed before even seeing what I have to donate. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. Time to look for another organization to donate to.

Goodwill is a fake charitable organization. The CEO is a multi millionaire. Items are priced beyond poverty at all stores. High quality items donated are marked up ridiculously. The bigger the label the higher the cost.The Dressing rooms are inaccessible. They do not refund returns as stated. A gift card is an exchange NOT A REFUND.

The fitting rooms are closed, but we were told there is a 14 day return policy. Went to return items and no one spoke to us the entire time we were returning items, just for them to put the money back on a gift card. So we can’t try anything on and we only get store credit back for returns?

Walked in with my daughter just to see if maybe we could find some old school tea cups and saucers. It smells AWFUL! Like literal old dirty wet clothes. We didn’t make it through the store because it’s just gross. Had to spray ourselves down with alcohol as soon as we stepped outside. I won’t be back to this location. I’m fully aware that there are tons of used clothes and shoes in there but if items are being donated that smell like YUCK, they should be thrown away. It’s sad that people drop stinky items off at all.

Fittings rooms aren’t open and you can only return stuff for a store credit. It would be 5 stars if the fitting rooms were opened.

My daughter and I love to go thrift shopping. We love this Goodwill because it doesn’t seem to have started caring more about making a profit than it does making things affordable for everyone. The Newnan Goodwill will have the same items as this thrift store, but Newnan’s prices are always at least double, so we never end up buying anything. It is nice to go to a thrift store that still adheres to thrift store pricing so that my daughter can afford to use her own money to buy herself something extra.

This store in tyrone is a total rip off. I found a subwoofer and soundbar That are supposed to be sold as a set. They split them up and put a price on each one of them. Total rip off. We'll never enter that store again.

Dressing rooms are not open. We would be able to purchase more items if we were able to try stuff on. What is the reason they are closed? Cashier says it's a management decision. Very disappointing.I am aware of your return policy and yes it is inconvenient. However, the question was, what is the reason the dressing rooms are closed? Thank you for your quick response. Please answer the question. Many people would like to know.
