“Shout out to Express Oil Change in Sharpsburg! I had my oil changed last week in Griffin and the oil cap was not tightened down. At some point during the 200 miles I've driven since then, the cap fell off!! Praise God, no damage was done. It could have been so much worse.
Tiffany at Express Oil found the cap inside my engine, replaced the oil, cleaned up all the oil under the hood, even topped off other fluids that were low (I wasn't made aware of that, either!) One of the guys (didn't get his name) went under to ensure nothing else was awry. Such great service!
I had discovered the issue while on the way to Sam's, made a detour, and they took care of everything fast enough for me to grab my pickup order on time. Go see them! I'm now a customer for life.”

He explained in detail what parts I should pay close attention to. “Friendly staff. I've been bringing my cars here for years. I have an old 97 Chevy and the oil has not been changed in many years due to little mileage I put on it. I wasn't sure if I totally needed to change it after several years, I brought it to Walter at crosstown drive, he checked my oil for me first. He was very honest, told me I really didn't need to change it he topped offy wiper fluid and sent me on my way. I recommend getting your oil changed here. Walter was great! I really appreciated his honesty. I will be back for my next oil changes.”
“I must admit that I was in a fix the morning that I stopped to get an oil leak checked. I was worried about how I would get my car fixed..
I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”
