Our primary care facility opened its doors in 1985 and since then has been providing the highest level of total personal care to the Peachtree City community. With a state-of-the-art medical records system, our general practitioners are easily able to communicate with families and be detailed oriented in the care they provide. By providing a variety of compassionate medical treatments including preventive health, women's health, and geriatrics, our talented team of doctors, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and office support have the experience to treat most medical conditions in ages 18 and up. Our doctor's office is currently accepting new patients and takes most major insurances including Medicare and Medicaid.
Dr Scott Rappe is absolutely one of the good guys. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his field he’s one of the most caring person I know.

I needed care on a Friday because I was afraid it would be difficult to get help on the weekend so I contacted the practice. Even though they were very busy, they were able to get me in with Dr. Khan remotely. She was very thorough as usual and helped me.

I moved here from Louisville last yr. I was VERY nervous about finding a new pcp ! I felt so blessed when I found Dr Rappe. He and his staff made me feel right at home!!! They are ALL the sweetest! Means the world to me !!!!
