Used to be my go-to PCP. In person, they’re pretty good. However, they really need to work on their virtual network. Just had a virtual visit with someone that didn’t even introduce themselves or their credentials and had zero bedside manner. My wife came over on 8/8/2022 for a Covid test the swab was taken at about 2:15PM . She was told that they would call.NO ONE CALLED

NP Leslie Biggs, was very thorough and patient. Made my visit very pleasant and she listened to my concerns. Clean facility and Front desk staff was nice and Welcoming.
