I’ve used this car wash several times, on this day I drove in and I was the only car there from the time I got there until the time I left it took them about 25 minutes to wash my car and do the inside, this is the worst Job I’ve had done to my vehicle, and all the many times that I’ve went there . I did not complain that it was not vacuum properly or wiped down. I believe that you should just do the job right the first time.Services: Full body wash

Check your car thoroughly before you leave, I paid for an interior and exterior cleaning. While the outside was fine, the inside was disappointing. They didnt vacuum between my seats, left water marks and more. I understand if I want a really good job I should have paid for a full detail or just did it myself, but for $45 I dont think I'm being unreasonable by expecting my car to at least be clean at a glance. Their customer service was good, I let them know I was unsatisfied and they handled my issues on the spot but I still wont be returning. This was a very generous 2 stars just because they did slightly above bare minimum.

Great experience with Reflections detailing. SUV‘s light colored interior was gray when we brought it in and the crew was able to make it look brand new! They did a truly amazing job!Services: Full body wash

These guys do excellent work! They detailed the exterior of my 2010 Camry and it looks AMAZING, not an easy task for a car that's been exposed to weather for 13 years! They are fast, meticulous and affordable. We will be using them again for our other vehicles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Terrible!!! They close at 6pm but I got there at 5:10pm. I got the outside and interior wash(45.00). Wow! I don't think anyone vacuumed my car at all. I'm still looking at dog hair on my dash board. Like nothing was cleaned on the inside. I will NOT be going back there anytime soon. Needless to say, I tipped this business really good... silly me. What a RIP OFF! Please inspect the car prior to leaving the Parking lot.

I had to turn in a promotional vehicle and I wanted to derail it so that i wrurned it better than it was when I had it. I have a 9 year old and a 7 year old. Needless to say the car was spotless. The car company was amazed and I will forever be a customer.

I drive a 22 GMC and I drove down from NJ and was looking for a hand car wash (I don't like automated car wash, it scratches the paint). So I called and they said I don't need a appointment, came right in they washed and cleaned the inside of the car and I opted in for the ceramic since I have to drive back home and they fix a spectacular job got rid of all the bug guts and was so happy of the job they did, she was super clean!!!!! WOULD DEF RECOMMEND
