“Have you ever heard of a daycare, after school, or summer camp serve breakfast-lunch…& DINNER??!!? My daughter has been going there since she was 3! She’s 8 now! From my experience..Mrs. Kim teaches on character & hygiene and Coach teaches athletics and discipline! It’s a family atmosphere! The activities for the summer are AMAZING! I’ve actually called off work before... because I wanna gooo! All I can say is.. I’m thankful!! It really does takes a village!! I do miss Petey though.. that’s the wild peacock that used to hang around!?? Miss Khadijah is ?”

“La Petite of Tyrone is full of teachers and staff who truly care about the children. It isn’t perfect, no place is, but they deserve 5 stars because they are constantly striving for better. If you spend the time to get to know the teachers and admin, you really feel the love that they give your children. If you participate, you will get so much out of La Petite. The live camera feeds are so helpful, especially for first time parents jitters, or if you’re just looking for a peek at your child for a mid-day pick-me-up. Teachers my child (and I) love: Ms. Lily, Ms. Elizabeth, and Ms. Michelle (these 3 are infant 1), Ms. Tharshini (infant 2), Ms. Mariah (Toddlers). Other wonderful staff members include Ms. Meesha, Ms. Julia, and Ms. Danita.

Main takeaway: get to know the staff, they will become family. If there is a problem, they will work to fix it. If they forget, they are humans, remind them. Communication is key.

Also, they provide meals, diapers, wipes, and love for your children.

Edit: Some time has passed since my original review. I maintain that the staff here has such love and passion for the children and their wellbeing. Kari is a standout wonderful person and great mentor for the toddlers. She will go to the end of the earth for your child.”
