I love this place the beautiful lady with the dreads knows my order when I arrive and they always have the exclusive vegan wraps and my favourite Gogi Natty keep up the great work worth the drive from Fairburn.

Bad business and bad customer service experience. The darker lady that works in the morning wouldn't take back the expired vape juice that they sell. And when I showed her that the rest of the products on the shelf had expired as well she left them on the shelve. I didn't have my receipts from a week ago to prove I purchased the vape juice but my bank statement provided the date time and location and she still wouldn't at least make this situation right. I didn't want a refund I wanted more vape juice and for her to remove old products off the shelves. I didn't think that was to much to ask since I've been a customer several times before. ? very unsatisfied customer I still bought more juice just to make a point to her. She is WRONG!

BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERSI just went into this store and bought a vape, opened it in the store and it didn’t work so she gave me another one. While I was opening that one was she was talking to a former employee about they just had a whole batch of defective vapes they had to get rid of. So I took one hit and left the store. 1 hour later I get home and go to hit the vape and it doesn’t work. So I call the store and talked to the same lady who sold me the vape and she says it’s nothing she can do about and she can no longer exchange it after I just left the store. They literally just robbed me for $25 TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

This was my first time here. The atmosphere was nice (visually) and they had nice choices in products. Since it was my first visit I had a few questions however the sales associate seemed bothered. There was a customer before me that knew exactly what she wanted and that visual experience to me was great. However, myself and a gentleman had questions he even cracked a few jokes and she was detached from us. Sales require more patience and the understanding that you'll have to answer questions. Don't run good customers away because of your attitude and unwillingness to be available.

I read the reviews before calling or visiting this establishment, however after calling and speaking with a young lady who assured me they had cbd products in stock, I chose to visit the establishment anyway. I was greeted with a hello from the backroom upon entering the establishment which quickly turned sour once the young lady approached the counter. The store is set up sideways so as she approached me coming down the side of the counter, she looked irritated. I informed her I was the one who called about cbd product to which she showed me a small case with little to no products. I specified on the phone I needed the oil, she showed me cartridges saying that was all they had. That could have been stated on the phone, why waste my time. I then opted to get gummies and a tincture instead of wasting my gas coming and leaving empty handed. The tincture had 2 different prices on the 2 boxes within the case. I didn't even raise the issue because she was so snappy because I had questions about the products they carried. I returned home with the products just to flip the $65 tincture over and see it expired more than 6 months ago. I went back to the store and she side eyed me again when I entered. I showed her the date on the packaging, and she checked the other one still in the casing that was marked as $44, not $65 like the one she sold me. Obviously it was old as well, so she cancelled the transaction handed me a receipt and walked away. No sorry about that nothing for me wasting my time having to come back to the store. How can something sit on the shelf for more than 6 months without anyone noticing it was old, which makes me believe the other item I purchased is old as well. I cant do anything about it as they have a no return, exchange or refund policy, so just know the entire experience ensured I won't be back.
