I have been getting products from this store for awhile now. The main reason was because of the store manager T.C. He is superb. Excellent customer service. I went to get on item, and left with 3. T.C is the reason why. Manager of the year is what he needs to get.
Also I want to give a shout out to the delivery Driver Marquez Ahmad. He delivered my washer and dryer. He did such an awesome job, he was efficient, fast and my units up and ready in.less than half an hour. Thanks Marquez

So the day of my delivery I explain to them I have to go to work at 2 I call at 12:30 asking what’s going on with my delivery they told me ooh we’re running behind I’m like okay so you guys weren’t going to say anything, so 4 hours later nothing no call nobody showed up nothing, and when you call them their talking over you to get you off the phone

Sales manager Princeton seems to be new and does not know what he is doing l. We called the store multiple times asking when our items would be delivered and keep changing up the stories ! We was told items would be delivered 3 pm today! It’s now 3:44 as I type this message ! It’s giving a really bad taste and horrible customer service !

I have been a customer with Aaron’s for many years now and I wanted to give kudos to one of your top GM’s. I met TC at the Douglasville store about 5 years ago and I have to say as one of Aaron’s GM his is the best!! Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable of the store he always goes above the call of duty to make sure I am pleased with my merchandise and visits at the store. I have purchased several items and he made sure I received all of them on time and in excellent condition, and have even delivered them himself when he was short staff. Since I have dealt with TC I have followed him to all the stores he was transferred to and will continue to do so! Where TC goes so will I! I will only deal with TC period! He has made the Union City store one of Aaron’s best in Atlanta! Keep up the good work TC…excellent job!!! CD

TC and Chris made my day. Delivery was as promised by TC on time, actually earlier than the time TC gave. They customer service was awesome. They should be given a raise!

I ordered a king size bedroom set, which they had to go pick it up from another store in a different city in Georgia. Omggg TC the store manager is the absolute best! It was delivered pretty fast! He and his staff went over and beyond for me! I sooo love my bedroom set! Extremely satisfied. Make sure you stop by Aaron’s in Union City & ask for TC! He will definitely take care of you!
