“I called Mavis in Union City today and asked for Donnie and my surprise. I was told that he was no longer at this location. I have been coming to this store back when it was NTB and stayed loyal for one reason only and that was because Donnie was here and he always took care of my vehicles as well as my family vehicles. When i tell you that trust and loyalty go a long way. Donnie is pleasant with a positive attitude. I have seen people get disrespectful with him and he still maintained his composure. Mavis I am not sure what happened but I can say this, if Donnie is no longer there, then never is one of your long-term customers. Donnie was the only person that I trusted to touch my vehicle. BIG MISTAKE!!!”

“Everytime I go to vw I always have a very friendly experience, the staff is great specially Milton, we always go back to him when we need a vehicle. We are loyal customers because of the great experience we always have when we visit heritage vw in Union City. Clean building, good service department, they always fix our vehicles. One thing it can be better could be an easier way to get an appointment for service because sometimes they don’t answer the phone. We were able to get a temporary car while they were fixing ours and that was great because we were able to have transportation.”
“First off I want to give a shout out to Luke . I came in July 31st and he told me everything I needed to get. I came back a month later to get it fixed and they had my whip fixed for me the very next day. I would recommend this shop over any place in the city . And when you come in make sure you speak to Luke .”

I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”

“This was our first experience with ALM Chevy South and we are extremely pleased with it! First, upon expressing online interest in a vehicle they had (Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland) we received 3 different contacts in about as many minutes. We are two hours away from the dealership, so going up there was a considerable investment in time but their response to our initial inquiry convinced us that the trip would at least be taken seriously....and it was. Upon arrival, we had someone meet us as we were getting out of our car, a nice but unusual touch in our shopping experience. We were taken right to our salesperson, not just pointed in a direction, another solid customer service attribute.
Jasmine, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing!! She topped off the initial experience by being attentive, interested in our needs, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and when she didn't have immediate knowledge of an item, she helped look up the details (something you don't find with pre-owned sales reps typically).
I think it's fair to say that we purchased the car from ALM as much because of the sales staff (especially Jasmine!) as it was because of the car and the deal. Definitely recommend shopping here.”

“Purchased a new vehicle online with Earnest. I contacted 4 dealerships and all except Earnest were playing games and not respectful of my time. Earnest was honest, transparent and professional. He gave me the information I wanted and negotiated the deal without playing games completely online and via text and emails. When it was time to pickup the car, everything was ready and it had a big red bow. The tech guy went over all the cool features of the car and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Earnest was so kind and thoughtful. Even giving great recommendations of places to eat in Atlanta! Highly recommend him if you want a fair honest sales experience!”

The start wasn't very positive as I waited over 3 hours for a diagnostic and no one communicated the status of my vehicle, I had to ask myself. I ended up having my vehicle serviced here (transmission replacement) and it was a fairly smooth process. I was able to have all my questions answered and the staff I came into contact with was respectful.”
“I always go to Precision Tune Union City GA for my oil change with every vehicle I've owned and recently for my tune-up. The staff is always nice and cordial! The receptionist even remembered my name, and had my information pulled up and was familiar with the type oil change I normally get which made me feel special. It was a great experience! The mechanics do an excellent job, they work fast but efficient and I'm always pleased with their work!”
