“Everytime I go to vw I always have a very friendly experience, the staff is great specially Milton, we always go back to him when we need a vehicle. We are loyal customers because of the great experience we always have when we visit heritage vw in Union City. Clean building, good service department, they always fix our vehicles. One thing it can be better could be an easier way to get an appointment for service because sometimes they don’t answer the phone. We were able to get a temporary car while they were fixing ours and that was great because we were able to have transportation.”

I came back a month later to get it fixed and they had my whip fixed for me the very next day. I would recommend this shop over any place in the city . “This was our first experience with ALM Chevy South and we are extremely pleased with it! First, upon expressing online interest in a vehicle they had (Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland) we received 3 different contacts in about as many minutes. We are two hours away from the dealership, so going up there was a considerable investment in time but their response to our initial inquiry convinced us that the trip would at least be taken seriously....and it was. Upon arrival, we had someone meet us as we were getting out of our car, a nice but unusual touch in our shopping experience. We were taken right to our salesperson, not just pointed in a direction, another solid customer service attribute.
Jasmine, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing!! She topped off the initial experience by being attentive, interested in our needs, personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and when she didn't have immediate knowledge of an item, she helped look up the details (something you don't find with pre-owned sales reps typically).
I think it's fair to say that we purchased the car from ALM as much because of the sales staff (especially Jasmine!) as it was because of the car and the deal. Definitely recommend shopping here.”

“Purchased a new vehicle online with Earnest. I contacted 4 dealerships and all except Earnest were playing games and not respectful of my time. Earnest was honest, transparent and professional. He gave me the information I wanted and negotiated the deal without playing games completely online and via text and emails. When it was time to pickup the car, everything was ready and it had a big red bow. The tech guy went over all the cool features of the car and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Earnest was so kind and thoughtful. Even giving great recommendations of places to eat in Atlanta! Highly recommend him if you want a fair honest sales experience!”

The start wasn't very positive as I waited over 3 hours for a diagnostic and no one communicated the status of my vehicle, I had to ask myself. I ended up having my vehicle serviced here (transmission replacement) and it was a fairly smooth process. I was able to have all my questions answered and the staff I came into contact with was respectful.”

“Had a great car buying experience here. I started my search on TrueCar and had one of their salesmen reach out to me over email. He gave me an up front out-the-door price and helped me secure exactly the financing I was looking for. A lot of dealerships make it a pain to even find the price of their vehicles, so it was refreshing to get that information up front no with nonsense. I worked out most things over text and email, so when I came in, I was able to sign a bunch of papers and get out in around an hour. When it came to the pricing, everything was exactly as we agreed beforehand. It did not have any dealer markups or hidden fees on my vehicle. “I was in dire need of a part for my 2015 ford 150 Transit 3.2 Power-stroke diesel van, a stiffler or upper oil pan, and could not find one anywhere literally! The Ford dealership in Raleigh NC told me it was on back-order and would be six weeks but no guarantee on that time either! I contacted David Griffen (in the parts dept.) at Stivers Ford and he was awesome! He got me the part and got it shipped the next day! “Excellent experience. Went to look at a vehicle on e a weeknight pretty close to closing hours just due to my schedule. The only person left was, G*(name), the manager. He had sent all his sales people home for the night. But he had no hesitation to pick up the need and offered immediately to go for a test drive. (Which is something the mangers don't often do come to find out) We came back and he offered me a great trade in value on my car and set me up that night. Had the vehicle delivered to me in midtown Atlanta a couple days later. Fantastic. above and beyond.”
