TK was excellent. When I made the appointment she took a personalized video and sent it to us. She sent a video the day of the appointment so we could put a face to the name. She knew the vehicle well. She was kind, funny, and overall great to work with. I am highly impressed.

TK was the most professional salesperson I have come across. She was very thorough, did not rush us, and ensured we were happy with our decision.

Not a happy experience. Parts were in hand. They had the car 3 weeks. Managed to do none of the recall work scheduled.
Excuse was that Ford had not delivered a part needed for the vehicle ahead of mine. Since I have a Mustang Mach E which is a BEV. The work required the use of special battery lift. Said lift was occupied by, yep you guessed it, the battery of the Mach E waiting on a part. If they had told me the full story of why they couldn’t do my work I would’ve left with my vehicle and saved myself $800 in car rental fee since AutoNation Ford Union City doesn’t do loaners. Still looking for a Ford dealership that will do a loaner so I’m protected from this kind of fiasco. We are a retired one car family and renting a car every time we need service just doesn’t cut it.

Service was good. I got everything I needed to my car done. Everything else was very lack lacking.
My service technician was not helpful at all. I took my car in on Friday and didn't get it back to Monday. They didn't even pull it into the garage to look at until Saturday. They only did that because I called multiple times. Robert was my service point of contact and It was pointless to try and call him. He was always "busy". Just a horrible experience and I'm reminded of why I stopped going there in the first place.

Precious is a knowledgeable and welcoming employee. The service area was clean and professional. And the service level was excellent.

On Monday, Aug. 12th I went to Auto Nation for an oil change. I had purchased my own oil and I just needed them to put it in for me. I was met by a service writer who told her name was Precious. She immediately gathered the information from my car and had it taken into the garage. In just about one hour, Precious advised me my car was ready and I was on my way. I appreciate the prompt service I was given and the good job they did.

Never Again!! My appointment for a factory recall was Monday morning at 7:30 am. I returned Monday at 5 pm to a response of maybe by close of business Tuesday. Text was received around 10:30 am the vehicle was ready. Returned to pick up the vehicle at 3:15 pm. I asked for my Service manager and was told he went to the doctor. Several minutes before anyone asked to help me. I replied my service manager went to the doctor and was told he did not. 15 minutes later my vehicle was delivered to me. Immediately there was rubbing and grinding sound from the left rear wheel.
Drove to my personal mechanic and he informed me my left rear brake caliper was missing one bolt and the other was loose. I do not trust this dealership

So I decided to check for a second quote from AutoNation Ford Union City. Second quote was $1400 for a tune up. These people are not consistent with their prices. I'm quite sure I spoke with the same young lady I spoke with before about $700 price. Please be constant with your prices. Just sad! When you want to take your car back to the dealership for repairs even after you bought it from them. I've never dealt with this with my last dealership. I also dealt with problems in repairing the hood of the car for he'll damage. Promise never fulfilled. Also in the contract. Claim they tried to contact me...not true...I'm done!

Horrible experience. Our transmission was slipping in our 2020 Expedition (under warranty). They quoted us a timeframe of 4-6 weeks. After numerous excuses and delays, 11 weeks passed, and they hadn't even looked at the vehicle. With no resolution in sight, we eventually picked it up and took it elsewhere. What a giant waste of time. Don't take your vehicle here if you actually want it serviced.

Overcharged. I had an administrative key made and programmed. They charged me to program the key I already had when I could have easily programmed that key with the new administrative key they made me. Place is a scam. A guy named Corey, the Service Director responded to me by text message and refunded me $150 with ease. Very satisfied to change this to 5 stars.
I am revoking this review to horrible. I reached to Corey through text message twice informing the Service Director of issues with my display. I have the text thread.
After I finally figured out from an independent mechanic that my ECU is not working properly since I had these keys programmed serveral months ago. The truck will not reconize my phone, none of the radio stations memorized, and the ECU will not even momorize the display for light or dark, My display constanly stays black, and I have to disconnect my battery constanly. (THIS TRUCK HAD 16,000 MILE S ON IT AT THE TIME OF SERVICE) The warranty expired because of the age of the truck (2020).
Still, it is unacceptable that issue is occuring with the low millage which is still under 50K at the time of this post.
My next communication will be with FORD corporate headquarters.
I like FORD since I own 3 of them, and I will make FORD fix this issue.

The car I got was a great deal but I have some HUGE issues with this place. To start it took 6 hours to get my car sold to me because they have like 5 different people working on one sale which is crazy. Secondly, by 9:30 when my car was delivered from a sister store it was missing all the back head rest I was told something would be wrote up the next day and they would ship them to me. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. So I called I have left at least 4-6 messages with the manager for months and I still have never been contacted back about them. I am very disappointed in this as the headrest are about $100 a pop. I feel scammed and do not appreciate it. Do better.

Gave salesperson a deposit to buy a car. I changed my mind. When I went to pick my check up I was told the file was lost with check in it. Later on. I was told it was shredded. Which one is it?
