very disappoint!make appointment for new account at 11am,because of traffic late for eight minutes,they ask me to go home!so they only give customer 10 min.for each service?drive for twenty minutes to come to this area !so disappoint!

Terrible Experience w/ Dispute and Investigation for charge from a merchant through my credit card with this company. Did not like the customer service and NO WHERE near comparison to Amex. Will continue to use Amex and not JP Morgan Chase.

ATM is a pain in the butt and in a horrible location inside the front doors. If they are closed they lock the doors and you need to use your ATM card to access the door. Inside I've had decent service but lack of employees sometimes makes for a long wait. Location prevents a drive thru.
