I came up there yesterday , the atmosphere was good the vibes were good when you walked in. I was asked who did I book with & the website didn’t give me a person to book with(first mistake). I was serviced by Janeane. She was okay, like she didn’t make me feel welcomed for real. It was another woman that was really friendly she spoke to me ask me how my day was going & everything! She wasn’t talking me through the process , or letting me know what was going on! She didn’t ask me if the water was too hot or nothing! Like I felt like she was rushing through my hair. For a first time customer(which she knew) I would’ve made my client feel comfortable & at least communicate what you’re doing to their hair. So she gets to doing my hair, one she didn’t fully comb my hair out so when she got to blow drying it she was pulling my hair out because it was still tangled up! She was so rough & just not even being considerate. I heard the same woman that asked me how my day was ask her client if she was tender headed & just let her know if it hurts & im thinking like dang I chose the wrong person to do my hair. She proceeds to blow dry my hair being very rough & just pulling out my hair! She asks me did I want a trim & do I want it straight or curls! She starts flat ironing my hair & you know you can feel the smoke on the scalp , she just let the smoke keep burning my scalp , she only blew it one time! So I keep jumping & stuff because I feel like I’m being burnt! I was very uncomfortable! Then me being a first time customer I’m thinking the trim was included & it indeed was not! At the end she proceeds to tell me my total was 85 PLUS the trim which was 25 extra!!!!! I was livid because why did you not communicate that it was an extra 25 instead of asking me did I want it! What she should’ve said was would you like a trim it’s an add on of 25 dollars. I know some salons do charge for that but I was not expecting a whole extra 25 dollars for a damn trim! So when she trimmed my hair she didn’t show me like this is what I’m cutting, just started cutting away! I was satisfied with my hair because I needed it done but I really was disappointed & I think she could tell that. I felt like she rushed through my hair & my overall experience wasn’t what I thought it would be. She should’ve been more communicative & I left unsatisfied because you just treated my hair any kind of way & you cut all my hair off instead of asking how much of the “split ends” I wanted off. My head was in pain when I left! Some people aren’t comfortable with you cutting all of they’re hair off healthy or not! If I were to go again , I would book with the nice woman closer to the front!

Great Service, But My Favorite Stylist Left.
I’ve been coming here for about six months. The owner, Frank, is cool abd he had been doing my hair until I switched to Ms. Layla, who is an absolute jewel. Unfortunately, she’s no longer at this shop.

Don’t go to this salon. Decorated but Nasty personalities. Beauticians SLAAAYYY WOULD ALWAYS INSULT ME, then it was a Ha ha joke. Last time it happened, I walked out salon and told owner. He did NOTHING. Low class . No respect for the elderly. I fired the beautician and am telling all my friends not to go there.

I recommended that my friend come to this location to get her hair done. it was requested that he did not cut the wefts of the hair that I bought for her birthday and he cut them up like it was an arts and craft project and called himself making layers in her head. Mind you, she did not ask for layers. This scissor happy stylist did not apologize, In fact when she stated that she was unhappy with him chopping up my bundles, he made this into a sales pitch and appeared with a catalog of his own bundles to SELL to her. Tell me that doesn't sound crazy. He had no remorse, or concern after going to town on the bundles I bought. SMH it’s like she booked a haircut not an install. How could you do this Mr. Frank?

I recommend any of the stylists here . Just walk in, tell them what yoi need and you will be poonted in the right direction but Ms. Willette Jackson keeps my hair healthy and always comes up with creative ways to protect it for my busy lifestyle. Not to mention she is a sweetheart, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I appreciate her and thank her for keeping me looking good!

I'm new to Georgia and finding a good braider has been a challenge. I decided to walk into this salon, and I’m so glad I did! I loved that they accept walk-in appointments—it made the whole experience so convenient. The environment was very friendly and quiet, which made me feel comfortable right away.
They handed me several cards to look through so I could choose the stylist I wanted, which I thought was a nice touch. I ended up getting my hair braided by Alaysia, and I absolutely love the results. One of my favorite parts was that the service included a wash and blow dry. Alaysia took her time with both the wash (I almost fell asleep at the bowl!) and the braiding, and you can really tell in the quality of her work.
What also stood out to me was how helpful and knowledgeable she was. I asked her about styles for an upcoming trip, and not only did she give me her pricing, but she also recommended another stylist who might suit what I was looking for—super professional and kind.
I'll definitely be booking again!

My stylist was Frank and service was 10 out of 10 from the time I walked in the door. I wanted to cut my hair in a short style and Frank helped me achieve the look I was going for. My wash was the best with a temple massage, it put me to Sleep. This is my new stylist and he will definitely be seeing me every two weeks.

I had to take a moment to recognize an absolutely amazing woman who helped me tremendously during one of the most stressful moments I’ve had in a long time. I had only come to the plaza to run into Kroger, but ended up locking my keys in my vehicle—with my two-year-old in tow and emotions running high, I truly felt like I was losing it all.
Out of nowhere, this beautiful soul stepped in with a heart full of kindness. She didn’t hesitate—she offered me her personal laptop to help sort things out, kept my toddler calm and entertained with the help of her loving and attentive team, and gave me the peace and support I didn’t even know I needed in that moment.
What made it all even more inspiring is that she’s the owner of the shop, yet you’d never know by her humility. She didn’t act like a boss—she acted like a friend, a sister, a blessing from above. Her spirit was truly beautiful, and she surrounded herself with outstanding ladies who reflect that same love and compassion.
I’ll never forget how she showed up for me, a complete stranger, without hesitation. Her humility, warmth, and selflessness are rare, and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you’re ever near her shop, just know you’re walking into a space filled with love, led by a woman whose heart is as big as they come.
