Well I went there to pick up a game and they didn't have it that's fine but if the store says it opens at 12 the doors should be unlocked and open at that time not at 1220 or later

The store was understaffed for the Christmas Season. The worker was on top of her game. She operated solo and kept the line moving. However, it was very dangerous, and it was too many customers in the store with just one person in the store working alone.

It started off rough, but Sequoia did her think, miscommunication on my part!!!! Store open a little late, but all I’m all it worked up.

The woman working there tonight was very rude and didnt like it we asked a question about a figure they had and they got a very big attitude like we didnt see the figure when we came inside. Lets u know that the lady wasnt being very pleasent and i hope u talk to the young man that was there when this occured too because he was rude to me as well on me getting my pro rewards renewed and i did not want to do that.

On Thursday June 23, 2022 I went to gamestop for assistance with my stepson nintendo switch. I needed help with getting access to download apps andgames. Kudos to assistance manager Tyler H and Yashu'El. They spent 1hr plus fixing this system. Great job guys

Be nice to the workers. They have to put up with a toxic corporate manager who doesn't care about employees or customers. The store got robbed in October, and corporate hired a security guard for 2 days and quickly ended that contract.

Store suppose to open at 11 a.m worker didn't get there til 11:25. He went in and still didn't open store til almost 12 horrible.

Terrible service . I placed an order online on 9/30/21 for same day delivery. This store ended up fulfilling the order but gave the doordash driver the wrong address . Of course the driver never made it because she had the wrong address and she ended up processing a return to store . When I contacted the store , the person who answered told me that there’s nothing they can do other than cancelling the order or me coming to the store to pick it up . I’m recovering from surgery so I can not drive to the location . He tried to out the blame on doordash even though they were the ones who provided the doordash driver with the address .I mean how can someone mess that up … smh He was catching an attitude over the phone so I just told him not to worry about it and that I would call GameStop The fact that they failed to acknowledge that they were wrong and at least apologize for the mistake is what prompted me to write this review and also make a report with GameStop corporate office , for the way they mishandled this order . Poor customer service and conflict resolution skills from whoever I was dealing with over the phone , he should be working in the back unloading trucks and stocking shelves because he has zero customer service skills .
