I tried to purchase four items I received out of the clearance aisle. Two of them rang up as discounted prices and the other two rang up as full price. The cashier assured me that they will probably place there by mistake. I responded that I saw multiple of one of the items, so I'm pretty sure that wasn't a mistake. Maybe they forgot to fix the price on the item since the other two items did clearly ring off discounted. I left to then go and verify that there were multiple items and came back to assure her that that was the case and she didn't want to assist me in rectifying the price. So I requested for a manager. When the manager came out. I explained to him that the other items rang up as discounted and The one particular item did have multiple on the clearance aisle and if it was possible if he can discount the price for me. He immediately just said no and that he can't dictate the prices. I tried to reason with him and said you know just with normal clearance policies. If the item is there, it's either because you guys can't sell them or it's overstock and it's typically discounted. He then responded, This isn't Walmart. They only give the discounts on open box prices etc. Again, I tried to reason with him and explain that if that product wasn't supposed to be clearance and it was ringing up as a normal price then it should have been in a normal aisle. All of these requests and reasonings with the manager seem to not dissuade him and he was already bent on just telling me no. So I explained to him that he would get a one star and then he replied as if he as The manager was unable to assist me. I explained to him that as a manager this is his job and if a customer makes a reasonable request that it should be satisfied. I guess I'll go to Walmart from now on!

Good quality for me an avid DIYer. Sometimes I buy basic Pittsburgh brand, other times Bauer and Hercules is a better buy for me.

Angela was awesome. Very helpful. So was a name to be determined all star employee who doubles the asieles as well as running the register while short staffed. Both extremely friendly and helpful!

I spoke with 3 different people, they were all managers. No one was willing to move and come help me with the products. They just said it's over there. Worst experience ever in a harbor freight store.
