It’s been a full business day now that they HAVE received 136k by wire for a new car. I’ve been sitting in the showroom all day while they say they haven’t received the wire! Charles Schwab bank has provided every single proof to them that they have the funds. If you want to avoid a disaster do not shop here. Wish I’d driven to my original dealership in Buckhead. ?Next day Update: We were told we had to pay for “ceramic coating “ because it was already on the showroom car we purchased . Today we arrived for delivery, by appointment , and we waited two hours for them only to tell us the wait was because we paid for ceramic, so they were applying it. We would have never purchased ceramic . That was a big fat scam saying it was already there so we had to pay for it. 935$

When I think about the type of customer service that will keep me coming back, one name comes to mind and that’s Jessica Shrader. She was extremely helpful, she knew her business and made me feel comfortable knowing she was taking care of my needs. The Parts Counter is in GREAT hands…..she’s a keeper. If I could, I would give this dealership 10 negative stars. Yesterday I went there to purchase a vehicle. My salesperson was the the actual manager Christopher Wright. I test drove a used Infiniti Q50. I liked the vehicle and considered buying it. When I asked to take it to my mechanic to have it checked out, Christopher agreed to let me do so but said he wanted to show me the numbers to buy the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was $17,999, but after they added TAVT, LoJack. Permaplate, dealer fees and other charges, the total came to $22,113.67. I was flabbergasted. I explained that I had no intention on paying for things that I didn’t need because it was going to a cash sale. We attempted to negotiate, but he said nothing could be waived because the bank wanted those fees there and they wouldn’t negotiate on the price. He further said he had a person in South Carolina who had 750 credit score and had already completed the application to purchase the car and he just needed to submit it for financing. When we asked wouldn’t you want cash instead of financing he said no because they make more money off of financing. He got so upset with my friend that he said he’d be back and never returned to help us. He just left us at the car with the keys so we had to go inside to return them to another employee.We believed that there was no other party that wanted to buy the vehicle. This was confirmed by another employee who stated that there was no other deal reflected in their system. Today, I searched for the vehicle online, but it was no longer there. Afterwards the same dealership contacted my son based on a inquiry that he made regarding that same vehicle. They left him voice messages and sent text messages asking him to contact them regarding purchasing that same vehicle.To think that a manager/salesperson can be such a liar to potential customer, and then get so upset because the customer doesn’t want to pay added fees and accessories is insane. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They don’t want your business so go elsewhere.

Went to the dealership on 3.2.24 to look at a 2017 Infiniti q50. My friend had discussed the vehicle prior to coming with Chris Wright. We get their she likes what she sees. She takes it for a test drive. She still likes it. She ask Chris if she can take the vehicle to her mechanic for a quick inspection. Chris said fine. He said but let me show you the numbers first. He comes back with the figures. Permaplate for 695.00 and LoJack for 895.00. He said these are the figures and I'm not changing nothing. I ask why does a person paying cash need lojack and Chris said he had a customer coming from South Carolina with 700 credit score to finance the vehicle. If you had a person already why even ask us to come out. He and I exchanged words he said I was being aggressive.. he walks off and never comes back. The dealership rep..white guy inside said they would rather do a finance deal than a cash deal. We left. We had cash and ready to buy..Poor customer service..no one came out to even greet us. We spoke with Toni on the phone after we left. She said they didnt even tell her we arrived and check us in and she didn't see anything in the vehicle file about someone else from South Carolina coming to buy the car. Just terrible experience.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a car showroom, I wasn’t even sure to buy a car here.I was just weighing my options of my trade in. They were closed 10 mins after my arrival but took more than an hr after the closing to help me. I would definitely be back for a purchase.Much more accommodating willing to help and always have a smile on their face. No wonder they are rated so high.Highly recommend this place.

Very shady and would not even consider purchasing from this dealership after this experience. Was trying to purchase a 2019 Land Rover Discovery. First it took forever for an actual salesperson to contact me. Prior to that it was a customer service rep who tried to help as much as possible because there were no pics of the vehicle nor did they know when it would be ready to purchase even though it was listed for sale. Then it was that it needed to be repaired and the part was on back order and hopefully it would come in a few days. I then filled out an application online with no one reaching out from finance ever. I mentioned placing a deposit for the vehicle for days and it was like they were avoiding it. Then finally I believe they accept the deposit only to be called 5 hours later and be told that "the car is going away" due to there being more repairs than initially thought. Also, there are mandatory add ons that add a considerable cost plus the sort of per usual dealer doc fee. I have purchased a number of cars from Jaguar, Porche, MB, BMW and Lexus dealerships with this being the worst experience of them all. Thanks for wasting 5 days of my time!

I recently purchased a vehicle here, and I must say, the entire team did an outstanding job. From Sales to Service, Finance, and Delivery, everything went incredibly smoothly. The core team members, Rod Smith, Tyler, Collin, Keith, and Sandra, were fantastic at providing detailed information about the vehicle and the process. They followed up to ensure everything was okay after delivery. I highly recommend Land Rover South Atlanta.

We all know that anxious feeling when our bank balance shrinks after a large purchase, this was probably the more difficult part of my purchase ?. Jessica made me feel comfortable, asked the right questions and listened to my feedback. She negotiated term’s professionally and continued the support even on her day off.
