Mr. Ricardo Ward met us as soon as we pulled up to the dealership and with kindness and professionalism he guided me into my new Nissan Rogue without any of the shenanigans, other dealerships were doing. I’m very happy and grateful for meeting someone who is very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and it was obvious that he enjoyed his job. Great Experience/Definitely Recommend!"Salesman Ricardo Ward," is extremely professional, knowledgeable, dependable and honest.He have excellent communication skills. A great car Salesman skills are more than just talking or explaining something. Good communication allows you to connect that untimely should lead to a happy sale. Ricardo' s communication skills are outstanding! He actively listened to me as I shared my budget and needs for the new vehicle. His body language was on point, always maintain eye contact. If I asked something he was not completely sure of, he found the answers. Ricardo never dominated our conversations. He was very engaged and asked relevant questions for clarity. Ricardo Ward has a Spirit of Excellence!I had an amazing experience with him and The Nissan Dealership Staff@Union City. I highly recommend this Salesman, Ricardo Ward for your next car purchase!!!

This recent experience (and the one prior in July) was so much better than anytime before. Job was completed in a timely fashion. My price for an oil change was more than i expected however i was pleased with the work and the customer service.

I had great experience my Sale man experience, my cell button, sales sales, Mr. Ward make sure that the car that I want it was priced at the price I could pay. do you want me through the process? Make sure that all of my information was correct in the system and that I would have all the information that I need it to be able to operate my new vehicle. thanks Mr. Ward for all of your help and I look forward to working with you and the Nissan dealers in Union City.

I was not pleased with the quality of service. Even after pre-warning my advisor AND the service manager of my concerns and issues in the beginning. The work quality has been declining for years while prices continue to rise for the exact same services as before. Work that didn't need to be completed was suggested as "critical" on my work order. Overall, just bad business and questionable leadership.

Sad problems all the time !Service department has serious issues !Their shade tree mechanics!Missed diagnosis and are down right dirty when they sit your vehicle and don't even cover your seat leather steering wheel or carpeting.Service Manager makes promises to make it right and then finds every way back out of his agreement and will never return your call !I keep giving them chances after chances because of the convenience of them being so close to home .The sad truth is the last 3 vehicles were purchased Carrollton, Georgia. Scott Evans Nissan almost an hour away and they have always been outstanding with sells and service.I did this to myself!Stay far away from them.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the service department at this location. I know how hard it can be to find a good one, so I'm happy to put people on! I've lived in three states and have visited at least half a dozen Nissan locations around the country - if not more - and this is certainly among the best! The staff here are awesome. Ms. Terry took great care of me, but Mr. Stan and everyone else I encountered there were equally amazing!I went in for an appointment that I was able to schedule a couple of days before. I had three concerns to be addressed after a long road trip and I was shocked by how quickly they were able to service my vehicle. I didn't get a look inside because I was shuttled home but my experience from beginning to end was excellent! I will be back for all of my service needs as long as I'm in town. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I came in on Monday looking to get a car and my man Ricardo decided to assist me and make it happen. He was very professional and understanding with my requirements and he made sure that I left with what I wanted. He went to work and he was so patience and nice and worked to get me a deal that I was extremely happy with. I would recommend anyone I know to Ricardo to assist them with a car deal. He was awesome. I am so happy and it was one of the best services I have had from an employee at Nissan Union City in an awhile. Thank you for assisting me and if you’re looking for a car go to Nissan Union City and ask for Ricardo. He’s the man with the plan and he’s very helpful and diligent. I walked out of there with my brand new car and I couldn’t be more happier.

I came in yesterday just wanting to check out options for purchasing a vehicle for my son. I met Ricardo who was extremely professional and listened to my situation and needs, and apprehensions. He did not waste any time with tactics or other approaches, but addressed my needs and wants, ensuring I was satisfied every step of the way, to include getting the manager over to speak with me - who also reassured me that everything would be done as discussed. I can’t tell you how reassuring the level of professionalism and sincere care they demonstrated cemented my decision to purchase today (after coming in to “look”). I would definitely recommend Ricardo (and given the level of professionalism he and the manager displayed - any of the associates there) and Nissan of Union City if and when you are in the market for a vehicle. You all have my sincere appreciation for all you did to make it happen - leaving with a brand new car for our son.

The guys that service the cars I think they're a great I really like my service advisor Terry she is really amazing with her customer service as well as smiling jolly and happy and she also give updates as soon as possible whatever that the car needs or can't get or whatever she's just always in tune with her customer to make sure that she provide comfortable professional satisfaction to her customers. As well as I really like Nissan to bring my car to to get my car serviced because I trust and their profession and their labor than any other place ever thanks Nissan

Took 22 Nissan Altima for a basic oil change on June 27. I stayed in the shop approximately 1 hr 45 to 2 hours. Oil change was completed. Pulled off and the old change sticker was the same. It was not change. The next day I get an oil system light . You can see the picture below- 126 miles due for an oil change. Called Nissan to inform of the message. Took the car back in the next day. Someone said they didn't reset so she played with it. She said everything was good. 5 days later the oil light is on with the drip. I tried to called Nissan twice. I was customer number 2 in line twice- guess what? I couldn't speak with anyone. The call kept disconnecting. Now I have a problem with the service department? Was my oil changed?

i bought a car from union city nissan in feb.2023.i traded our 2020 nissan rouge. i am disabled but apperantly they could care less.our 2021had problems on saturday we had to boost the battery afterwards we tried to get it serviced but the car wouldn't change gears.called for a tow truck couldn't be moved until monday. so we had to rent a car from enterprise, nissan didn't have any!!it cost $800. so they fixed the car gave us a new battery which should have been done when we bought the car.i wad told they would reimburse me kept the rental for 2 days cost $254. nissan refused to accommodate us for the inconvenience!! really make it make sense for me. i will never buy a nissan again ever!! stay away from there!!

I never thought car buying could be an enjoyable experience until I came here. The entire staff was extremely welcoming but my salesman Robert went above and beyond. The process was easy, the price was fair and the customer service was amazing. I would absolutely buy another car from here

I have had a number of experiences searching for a car, and my most pleasant experience was at Nissan of Union City. I did not feel overwhelmed or bombarded by the car salesman when I arrived. Matter of fact, I felt that Cameron Gaines did a wonderful job of showing me what you all had to offer based on my needs and price range. He did a wonderful job showing me the range of vehicles and the different options/ packages. I appreciated that everyone I encountered was pleasant and spoke to me.My advice/ feedback: keep doing what you're doing! ?
