I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”

“All of the staff I came in contact with were very nice and answered all of my questions. The employee Marco was very professional and knowledgeable about the diagnostics of my vehicle. He explained in detail what parts I should pay close attention to. I didn't get the name of what appeared to be the team lead, but he was very polite and asked if I would like a bottle of water, which showed exceptional customer service. This was my first time coming to a Take 5 and after my experience, I'll be back!”
