Bathroom wasnt clean and most toilets and/or urinals were barely functional. Had to clean the toilet before use.

I visit this location quite a bit to get gas etc. Today I entered the store to pay for some gas. I asked for 20 in gas on pump 13. I said it kind of fast and the Caucasian clerk with Red hair proceeded to berate me along with another customer as if I had ask for gas from pump 2013. A pump that obviously didn’t exist. I am sure he understood what I was trying to say and if he didn’t, he should have asked me what pump I was referring to. I have noticed that some of the clerks at this location are unprofessional at times. Probably due to they way they aren’t being managed. He should be retrained on customer service because the next customer may not write a review and choose to deal with his unprofessional conduct differently. If he isn’t happy with his position dealing with the public, he should choose another profession.

I often visit this company's gas station, and I like everything here, so I want to write a review about this gas station. I often encounter the situation where I refuel, and it's important for me to get a receipt from the machine I refuel at, so I don't have to go inside. But often the same problem arises, and I have to constantly go and ask for a receipt. Please pay attention to this, check if there is paper for printing receipts in the refueling column. Also, it would be good if you had empty trash bins so that trash could be thrown away. Overall, I like this gas station.

This place is disgusting to say the least. Rude employees and nonchalant when you tell them there's a problem. The bathrooms are disgusting. When I brought it to managements attention he told me there is a plumbing problem and they don't have napkins because people keep taking them. What?! People are supposed to take napkins duh. My question would be why aren't there any signs posted about the plumbing issues before I walked into the bathroom and saw that mess. Another thing a man walked into the bathroom behind me dressed up like a woman and I was not comfortable with that either. Of course I walked out for various reasons. Ugh!!

This QuikTrip is a busy place. As a woman I’ve always had a good experience getting gas here. Last night my car wouldn’t start at the pump and the nicest security guard Marquese assisted to help me jump my car so I could make it home. He didn’t have to do that but he said he thinks about it like if I were his sister or niece, he would want someone to help them if they were in my situation. That was a very nice gesture on his part and says a lot about the business. I highly recommend stopping at this QuikTrip to get gas if you’re in the area.

Great, friendly customer service. I only gave them 2 stars because there are usually stragglers outside begging even while Union City PD is there nearly around the clock. Also, the upkeep of the bathroom facilities and the cleanliness of the store has fallen drastically. Only the women's restroom was open when I visited today 12-29-2022. I had to edit my review because it was quite disturbing the mess that I encountered and for a corporation making as much money as they do, this is unacceptable.
