I gave a four because of the selection. If youve ever been to Rainbow u know this is a place to find a cute cheap outfit. If u take ur time u can find something. As i said Rainbow is cheap so this may not be for some, but as I stated, for a cheap fit that u wont miss the money then Rainbow may be ur place.
