I send my contractor to the sherwin - Williams store, they took good care of him, he forgot to use my account # the sale person was nice enough to cough it and refund the transaction and apply my credit which was great. I truly appreciate him. This is what you call out standing service.

I decided to DYI my house and stopped in looking for advice. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was BEYOND HELPFUL!! He showed me everything I needed to get and explained why that option would be the best option for me and proceeded to go into details about what exactly it would do and what the finish would appear to be. Even though I had a lot of questions he took his time and knew each and every product thoroughly, the customer service was beyond amazing and I cannot wait to start painting!

Honestly dont think the staff know what they're doing. Sure they'll get the supplies you need but it may take them several times of deliveries. Most of the time they just send whatever they laying around instead of what you actually ordered
