terrible they’re very rude , this is why i don’t like to go in the truist branch they just sit there and do not assist counting money or just looking at the computer to “act” like they’re working. I don’t get it if you don’t wanna work just quit like wth… charles and Krystal are the most horrible representatives i’ve ever dealt with in my life omg .

Just opened a business account and all I can say is!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, RESOURCES AND HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is incompetent!!!!!!! They are terrible! I just opened this account and I’m already looking for a better bank with real answers and a better system!!!!

Came in to open 2 business accounts & 1 personal and was kind of taken back the service I received. I mentioned to the teller that I had already went through the process online and received an error message. Another lady walked in (unaware of what’s going on) immediately start randomly saying the documents I would need to open a business account in which I replied “I have everything I need” and she replied “by everything you need you mean… and again started name out a list a documents followed up by we’re not being sarcastic we just have to have to verify these things”. Never once was a greeting exchanged, never once they even asked my name. I almost felt like I was interrupting their day. The gentlemen told me to have a seat and someone will be with me shortly. I sat down and googled another bank and left. I have no interest in forming a business relationship with people like that and took my accounts else where. I was intrigued by their business account modules but, I’ll pay service fees before I’m ever made to feel like myself or my business isn’t wanted. Thank you but, no thank you!

Date: 01/31/2023 time APX 3:15pm I Came in to open 2 business accounts & 1 personal and was kind of taken back by the service I received. I mentioned to the teller that I had already went through the process online and received an error message and wanted to speak with someone to open an business account vs trying to complete the process online again as I was instructed to either submit another application or come in to the branch. Another lady walked in (unaware of what’s going on) walked up and the teller told her I wanted info on business checking. No greeting, no how are you, no how’s your day, NO INTRODUCTION, no thank you for your interest or a “welcome to truist” she immediately starts randomly saying the documents I would need to open a business account(in a tone) in which I replied “I have everything I need” and she replied “by everything you need you mean… and again started naming out the same list a documents again followed up by we’re not being sarcastic “we just have to have to verify these things”. Never once was a greeted, never once they even asked my name and I don’t know any of theirs. I almost felt like I was interrupting their day. Do not bank here. The tellers are untrained and incompetent. I made a cash deposit and she gave my money to someone else. I’ve been up here for the past two days trying to prove to them I didn’t make the withdrawal. Now that I’ve pressed them and made them look further into my account they see that she made an error. But of course they aren’t going to take accountability so like I said if you care about your money don’t deposit here.

Came in at 2:45 to take care of some business. Needed to see a rep. Figured it was the best time. It is now 3:05 and I’m still waiting. When I came in there was two reps. One walked away from her desk and has yet to return.They have the private rooms and for some reason the rep is helping this guy out in public. I have herd all his personal information. They might be doing this to be more personable but when it come to money matters it should be done in private.I am not sure if this is a Truist thing, I have banked with Suntrust for over 20 years and if this is how Truist conducts business I see me looking for a new bank.They have my personal account as well as my business. I have never waited this long for help.I surly wouldn’t want someone sitting in the waiting area to hear all my accounts information.Sad situation.

Very unprofessional I waited One hour to be seen then it took three hours to complete open up my account. Weeks later The account was closed everyone in here seems like they just been chilling. The bank is normally empty but there’s always still a wait . Take your money to a different bank what they make you go through to open up an account is way too complicated and nobody seems to wanna work

Ayanna, Tyanna, Sophelia, and the branch manager, Charles, did an OUTSTANDING job with our requests. They introduced us to services that we were unaware of and helped us to maximize our current services. FANTASTIC staff!!

The Bank "Manager" Charles is the most unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever dealt with. I deposited a check today that was issued by Truist and he would not allow me to withdraw money from the check even though he told me there was not a hold on the check. When I mentioned that he just told me there wasn't a hold on the check, he just kept repeating "I've deposited your check" and walked away. This goes back to a couple of days ago where he simply did not know how to handle my issue and I had to go to another branch to get it taken care of. He's likely just embarrassed because he doesn't know how to do his job and he took it out on me. I am going to ensure that something is done by Truist about him because of how I was treated and his utter lack of professionalism and incompetence. Charles, you should be managing the convenience store across the street from your branch. All of this being said, Chrystal at this branch is an absolute joy to work with and really should be managing this bank.

I don't give bad reviews for 1 bad experience. BuT Every single time over 10 times is ridiculous. From conflicting schedules of branch hours and actual hours, unprofessional, slow, not friendly and the best one yet, at 10 a.m. not enough money to cash a $5k check! Changing the name did nothing good for this branch and their customer service. Hopefully it will get better.

The branch manager here is a complete ?. Super rude and talks over you. He doesn’t listen to understand, he pauses to reply. That was apparent to me when he kept asking me the same question over and over until I could literally tell through his body language he actually listened, and then he understood. If you were a Suntrust account holder I suggest you find another bank to bank with because Truist double charges you for balances already paid AND going into a branch is useless because the reply to all of your questions is “we don’t handle that here”. So basically the branch is just a walk-in ATM.

I would not recommend this location. Some of the staff are quite rude. If you call in to get answers be sure to call back and follow up to make sure the info you were just provided is accurate. A banker provided incorrect info and I drove to the location only to find out info provided was erroneous. No apology or remedy to situation just an oops. Sad that you have to go outside your community to bank and get good customer service.

Omg, I got through so quick, literally within minutes!!.. I was shooked. Inside the bank tho was clean and the rep was very polite.
