Lady at front desk Very rude and did not want to do her job! Had a stiff shriveled up bob with clown make up on ! Other lady with grey lemonade braids told me to move my car , I told her I wasn’t parked , I just needed to drop a form in the blue box that I passed . I Will never go to this location again.

They just stopped delivering my mail! Went in to fix the issue and still no mail! Weeks of nothing and I have important documents I'm awaiting. I don't know what's going on, there's no resolutions, no service, no help, no anything. Many decades at the same house and no issues until now. Who can help at all???? This is ridiculous.

Horrible service. My package was delivered to the parcel locker and they didn't leave a key for me to access it. I've gone to the post office everyday and they refuse to give me the package. I called the 800 to complain and even they were confused as to why they won't give it to me. They're literally the worse.

Horrible horrible horrible they are leaving packages outside on top of the apartment mail boxes. This is so unprofessional I will be making a call in the morning. We have had 2 different people bring us mail because the post office just left outside. Lazy!

Man just fire the lady with the nasty attitude and the whole staff I have my mail on hold cause someone broke into my mailbox and every time I go in there the same rude lady with that stank attitude be in there and she always tell me I don’t have no mail and they behind and a excuse every time I go in there and I be wanting to snap on her but I’m always calm I mean lady if u don’t like ur job find another cause something has to be done about this frfr I’m beyond mad at this place and this the only one that I have a problem with it’s ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!

This is the slowest, non-caring, slowest, dismissive, slowest… post office. They constantly only have ONE person at the desk. They only allow one person in at a time. I waited literally 40 mins to drop off 2 prelabled packages. I was out in 30 seconds after waiting 40 mins. There should be a place to drop larger prelabled packages like they have in Fayetteville.

Very rude! If you close at 12 and i get inside at 11:45 why can't be serviced?. I understand closing at 12 but if i am inside before 12 there is no reason i should be refused services. Ask the worker her name she said Shannon of course it was a lot of attitude and sarcastic remarks being made because they know nothing will happen. Still writing the review. Hope it gets in the hands of the right person.

The postal worker lied & said my package was delivered instead of admitting to delivering to the wrong mailbox. You can tell the the workers at this location is a little slow

Please don’t go there or waste your time nor energy in this place. This post office is always gives me problems whenever I try to go in & ship my package off. The lines are ALWAYS long. The customer service is horrible!!! That one lady that always be at the front desk be having attitude’s & don’t care 🤷🏽♀️ what so ever. It’s ridiculous & not right. They really need to do something about that. Not all the time we at the people won’t give you a problem if you the employee acted like a professional worker & did your job

THE WORKER ON MONDAY MORNING DEC 23rd 2024 , 12 pm . Is very rude !!! I called 4 times before showing up to the office and no one answered when I arrived it sounded like two women were in the back laughing and carrying on . The rude lady in the from ( glasses , young , thin curly wig ) was really rude . I asked her to check if I had mail and she refused to , I was able to speak to a supervisor to get my mail. Then the lady ( the rude one ) proceeded to make jokes about my name . Very discriminatory
