My son and I had the worst banking experience here. We scheduled an appointment for my son in August to open his first bank account. The appointment was scheduled 1-month out in September. We received text reminder the day before and arrived on time for appointment. We saw the banker and walked up to say we have a scheduled appointment. The Banker immediately shunned us off and said go to the Teller. We waited in line for the Teller and she then asked us to have a seat. She walked to the Banker's desk and minutes later told us WE had cancelled our appt. We had to repeatedly explained we didn't cancel and then we verified by showing our texts. The Teller then said there must be a "glitch" in a system and there was no Banker there to provide service. Huh? Then why didn't you lead with that? Oh and who is that sitting at a Banker's desk? She did help us to reschedule but I clearly said please reschedule at a different branch. For having a one-month wait, magically we had a next day appointment at a different branch. The experience and customer service at the other branch was amazing after feeling horrible from the Jonesboro branch.

This is my second written review, but not my second horrible experience. They only have the drive thru open so you would think all attention would be focused in this area. It's 10-15 minutes per car. So if you're the 4th car back, you have given them almost an hour in line. This is one of the worse banking institutions this side of the Mississippi. My last post I tried to deposit a check for a business account, they wouldn't because the name was different, but it was the DBA name. I had to pay to overnight the check to Charlotte NC, which deposited the check without an issue. Clearly it's the area and Management. .

They seemed very professional. The parking lot was packed and the line was long inside. But the did pretty good with moving the line.

Erica was very pleasant today but the tellers are rude. A person asks a question and you get the hand motion and neck roll and get cut off when u speak. I hate coming here

I'm really not a fan of this location. It's located off of highway 138 which is crowed most days & the parking lot of this place is as packed as the parking lot of any club. Customer Service inside Is non existent, yeah I think I'll keep my business with Bank of America.
