My first visit I went to withdraw money. The young lady that I spoke to said they were unable to assist me and I would need to go to another branch. I decided to call Wells Fargo and I spoke to a lady saying there should be no reason for them to have turned me away. So I went back and was sitting 40 minutes with NO one coming to help. The manager came out and looked at me but NEVER asked to assist. As she was leaving I asked was someone going to help me as I've been sitting for 40 minutes. She replied that she could not help me because she was leaving. I called Wells Fargo again to complain and she stayed there while I spoke to a representative who tried to say that I should have made an appointment! Ms. Tanesha (manager) spoke to the representative and stated that they were short but had sent employees to another site because they were short. So if you are short why would you send employees elsewhere? Ms. Tanesha seemed annoyed that I was holding her up so I decided to leave. I don't know how MS. TANESHA has kept a job!! She may have good customer service skills with upper management of Wells Fargo but certainly not with customers. Wells Fargo has hired one of the worst managers I have ever come across!11/15/23 - UpdateI received a letter from Wells Fargo and of course they will be doing NOTHING about the situation but I expected that. Ms. Tanesha probably lied and gave them her side (which is ok) but that branch is horrible and you can see the reviews for yourself!

Although the wait in line is crazy the staff will at least say, "Welcome to Wells Fargo, Someone will be with you shortly " and then apologize for the wait...

My son and I had the worst banking experience here. We scheduled an appointment for my son in August to open his first bank account. The appointment was scheduled 1-month out in September. We received text reminder the day before and arrived on time for appointment. We saw the banker and walked up to say we have a scheduled appointment. The Banker immediately shunned us off and said go to the Teller. We waited in line for the Teller and she then asked us to have a seat. She walked to the Banker's desk and minutes later told us WE had cancelled our appt. We had to repeatedly explained we didn't cancel and then we verified by showing our texts. The Teller then said there must be a "glitch" in a system and there was no Banker there to provide service. Huh? Then why didn't you lead with that? Oh and who is that sitting at a Banker's desk? She did help us to reschedule but I clearly said please reschedule at a different branch. For having a one-month wait, magically we had a next day appointment at a different branch. The experience and customer service at the other branch was amazing after feeling horrible from the Jonesboro branch.

You can’t just walk into this bank an open a kids account. You have to schedule an appointment. So, I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today at 2:00. I showed up at 1:45. The manager told me my appointment was canceled by the bank and they tried to call me this morning to let me know it was canceled. However, I never received a call. I have a confirmation email from yesterday which has my correct phone number and email address. They can send me an email confirming but they can’t call or email me about their cancellation? Apparently the manager can not help either. He just said someone would be in touch with me to reschedule. Hopefully they don’t try to use whatever number they supposedly called early because it must have been wrong. Pathetic and a waste of time. This is not my first time having a problem at this branch. They need to close this branch since they can’t seem to help their customers.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Teller was rude. I was the only customer at the bank and she was rushing me slamming her hand on the counter telling me to hurry up and finish my transaction. Avoid this branch if you can save yourself from a uncomfortable and rude experience!

As a former teller as well as Wachovia/Wells Fargo employee I know how rude the teller was to me yesterday was unacceptable. I went to deposit a check into a business account that had been well established for over 20 years, there was an extra word added to the business name, this was my paycheck for my agent’s account to be paid. I POLITELY asked if I could speak to the manager, who was standing behind me. This lady literally said “no,” not “he will say the same thing,” but an actual no, not only was I a teller but I also was a lead teller, and corrected teller errors, but what can you expect from a bank that has had years of ethics violations and used to invest in the prison industrial complex.

Unethical!! I use this branch for work. They are using an old COVID sign in order to justify the lobby being closed for drive thru only. Once I got to the window, the teller told me I needed to come back another time because my deposit slip was wrong. I instead asked for a new slip and drove around again, so the people behind me could be helped while I complete the new slip. I went to a different lane the second time. The drive thru line was really long. A man I'm assuming was the branch manager, (tall, dark skin, accent, short dreads or braids) asked how I was doing, I responded "frustrated". He says that's not an answer and asked me a second time. I repeated "frustrated". He returned my deposit and told me I was banned from the location and needed to take my business to the Old National location. He said he'd call my corporate office to explain why. I called customer service but no manager was available to take my call.. So here I am. What if people want to open a new account? Apply for a loan? What kind of business are you running here Wells Fargo?

BEWARE: this location is only useful for ATM usage. Although its somewhat updated on the outside the inside feels dull and deserted. This location has no staff: two observed. The staff dress attire is extra comfortable and lacks the minimal of business casual. The Branch Manager Willie Miles is overly confident, lacks customer service, and manage the property with favoritism. I've been in the branch twice and each time; I WAS DENIED access to my own money. I will be switching banks very soon.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The branch manager Willie Miles speaks to the customers in a very intimidating and disrespectful tone on the regular. Then he have the nerves to refuse to service the customer once they say something about him being disrespectful. The sad thing about this is there are tons and tons of bad reviews about WIllie Miles on several different platforms, however Wells Fargo continues to have him employed and disrespecting and refusing to help the customers. This behavior is very tacky, ghetto and unprofessional and unacceptable. This behavior is only allowed in this branch because of its location. When I visit the locations by Perimeter and Lenox Mall... its a totally different level of customer service and respect. People deserves to be treated fair and with the upmost respect regardless of the location.

I went to this location as it was the closest to me to have documents to be faxed per their claims department. When I arrived, there were only two customers in line, one banker with a customer, two tellers one for the front and the other for the drive through and two other people that appeared to be bankers as well with no customers in their or the offices. I was told by the teller when I arrived around 10:45am that no one was available to fax some documents that she wasn’t sure if they did or not. When she advised me of this, I turned around to look at the two people sitting in the offices not doing a d@mn thing. I look back at the teller and then look around and there was only one other customer being assisted by the drive through teller. I’m confused as to why the teller couldn’t fax my documents to the claims departments per the claims department that stated, I need to go to a branch and they will not “can” but will fax over the documents for my dispute. I was asked if I could come back at 12, why so I can be told the one banker and two other people that appears to be bankers can go on break or become busy because one or all went to lunch at 12? I simply needed documents faxed over, that’s all I needed done. I was also on the phone with a claims rep and hopefully she documented the situation as she stated and deeply apologized after further explanation. I really hate the south side of Fulton county.

Hello everyone,We must continue to keep a very close eye on our banking transactions Big And Small. Without the customers there would be no bank. I am in the middle of 2 banks . So far pin pong is being played. I made an (electronic) payment that no one can find?Make sure all of your transactions are made before they close your account and give you a new one. ( funds my not be carried over).Although the bank manager Will Miles is not in the credit card department, he is trying to help resolve this matter.❤️??❤️

Clueless from top to bottom. I was trying to close my sister account due to her passing, I made a appointment and was told what to bring. I brought all documents and they didn't have me scheduled saying they don't have anyone available for another week.

I am convinced that this is a branch of all trainees, or that this is where old wells fargo employees are sent to die. I can never get them to answer the phone. this branch does not show if they are open at the moment , on their site. every time i go, they are closed , lately ,though THAT part is on me. they can never do anything but handle very simple deposits. I go to banks all over atlanta and never have any trouble with anything. Just this one branch. I try not to ever go there, but they are right next to me ,so I eventually give in and try again.
