The cashier, I think his name is Konner, is very unpleasant. He serves you as if you were stealing. This guy definitely doesn't like his job.

The manager quit a week ago so I guess corporate or someone has been there trying to do stuff and I have been feeding the stray cats that live around back. Anyway I had 2 stainless steel dishes to feed and water them every night but some heartless jerks threw them out because I guess they were too close to their 50 rolltainers out there 😡 all that nasty garbage strewn out there and those 2 little dishes were a problem. Unreal and cruel. All the garbage is still strewn about a week later. They need to do better or shut it down. As long as they been in business you think they would pay employees better and stay clean and actually have what you need instead of all that made in China knick knack crap.

Over 3 years at this new location and the same issues exist. Staffing it is the typical issue, self checkouts are installed but not available, employees are always changing so only a few know what to do when they have an issue. To be a franchise, you still never know business hours for whether the store is open for a full day.
Let's not speak on customer service skills. A lot of people could learn from Publix and ChikFilA customer service. The majority of employees won't speak to greet you when coming in, and definitely won't tell you what your total is. They'll try handing you the receipt but nothing else. Some may think that's fine but not in that line of business. To keep excepting it is to eventually get worse. Had a transaction complete and the girl said nothing and just walked away without trying to hand over a receipt. Another girl walked up and I stood right there to ask if that's it. Terrible.
Went Nov 23rd approximately 9:30pm (30 min before closing), pulled up right after another customer. They went to the door and it was locked. The girl inside could be seen being her pocketbook to exit. Asked her if they were closed and she said yes. Thinking she just moved her car up to the front door until 10pm rolled around because she left all the lights on and left the carts with the cases of water outside. Smh.

Stopped to grab some cheese sauce for supper, grabbed a couple jars and had a price tag of 2.45 in front of them and some cheese packs. They rang up wrong, so I told the cashier I'll put them back that's too high. While putting it back she made a nasty comment about how I should be able to read signs to other customers there. I confronted her about the comment, she went off with nasty remarks threw her chest out and said you picked the wrong person to mess with today and said she was tired of y'all. I ask her who is y'all she said all of y'all. Racist comments, bad attitude, wrong prices on items in store. I am filing a complaint with corporate and I would advise others to drive 10 minutes down the road to another store with a lot nicer employees that don't threaten or say racist comments to their customers all over a jar of cheese sauce. I also asked her name and she told me Sasha but the receipt had a totally different name on it.

They no longer open until 10pm. I went 6:30pm to go get some snacks and the doors were shut tight and won't let any customers in. Seriously? I had to drive all the way to Siloam to get my snacks? This store needs a better manager cause it sux so bad. Customer service sucks!!

Worst dollar general on the face this earth! Changed their own hours and would not let me in to get my infant some diapers at 6:45pm. Straight up REFUSED after I begged them!! This dollar general really needs to consider shutting the doors for good!

Everything was pretty ok until I got up to the register. There was someone in front of me checking out with a cashier. The whole time the cashier is on her cell phone with a Bluetooth in her ear. After she checked that customer out she just counted some money and walked away and didn’t bother even saying anything. But continued talking on the phone. I went and used the self checkout. Still she’s on the phone. I’m going to contact corporate Monday morning. And you should see all the trash in the parking lot in the back. I usually don’t do stuff like this but it was clear that this employee didn’t care about the customers at all and was more interested in whoever she was talking to on the phone. This was at 330pm Friday August 26th.

Probably the worst dollar general store…. Everything is boxed up in isles and not put out on the shelves. Go back a few days later & it’s the same way.

This is one of the worst and I mean one of the worst Dollar Generals I have ever been and and it's all due to one of the managers named red he is very rude he was rude to my wife he was rude to my children and I have not been back in that store sent and will never go back in that store again it was 9:30 and he was making us leave the store telling us he closed at 10 I said we had 30 minutes and he said no you have to leave now very rude man should not work in customer service at all should not work with the public

They say they only have one register open and it has been this way for at least 3 weeks. Sometimes the lines are to the back of the store. What are they going to do with Christmas shoppers this year?? The cashier works fine but while waiting on the payment method to computer he is checking his play list. Of course he had head phones on.
