Play pretty good they went above and beyond what they had to do for me the little girl at the front desk when I called and asked about my package being delivered I had asked if I could come by the store and pick it up and she told me no because you know how big the TV was and all this and I'm completely understood but in about 5 minutes she called me back and told me since it was in the box I could come by and pick it most people in today's businesses would not have called you back they do not put forth the effort has been my experience but arron's A Plus customer satisfaction and service

One of the worst places to do business. The ladies they have answering the phones always have a bad attitude and are urban. They need some serious trainings and reviews of performance there. It’s a nightmare ordering an appliance from them because they can never deliver it in a timely fashion it’s always excuses. Had to have someone to pickup my items today because I’m at the last straw with these clowns. It’s been nearly a month waiting on both of my items and these people expect a payment this next week, they can move that out and remove the late fee.

What an experience here, the price is low for down payment, which I like, the customer service is ok, I had a little issue with my order which they delivered me an old used table which I requested a new one, there was two switches with my order, but it was handled very well with no problem at all. Yes My table came brand new which I do enjoy.

Rude... Still rude but they rented a refrigerator and chair in my name to my husband he refuses to give the chair back and they still charge me threatening me when I have been working with another office to get the chair back still charging me for a stolen chair with no care even laughing at me when I said I needed help I will NEVER shop at an AARON'S again horrible business practices assisting a man with domestic violence and manipulation shouldn't be a requirement for management at any business shame on Aaron's and this store particularly
