Makayla was so nice and helpful! I came in with items in my cart from online, just wasn’t sure on sizing. She helped us find similar items and try them on. She also went ahead and ordered all my items for me right in store. She made our shopping experience a breeze! My daughter even said she wished she worked at every store we shopped at! Will be back just because of her kindness :)

I have never in my life had a store’s employee treat me so terribly that I put multiple items I was going to buy back on the rack. This American Eagle is a store I will not be returning to after the horrible customer service from all of the employees working that day, especially the one who seemed to have a manger position. I wish I had gotten his name but he was a thin older man with very little hair who seemed to be in his late 30s. It is clear he didn’t care about losing sales because of the way he treated me and others while at the store. He also made unprofessional comments about me to my friends who stayed in the store after I left. I took my business to the next store Coppers Closet who’s staff is always sweet and I never fail to leave that store with at least a few item.

Was enjoying a beautiful Saturday at the mall on the way to American eagle to get my wife a few pairs of jeans because that’s the only jeans that fit her correct but as we went to walk in a employee informs us that they’re short staffed and me my 5 year old daughter 10 year old son and newborn couldn’t go in they literally had 4 customers in the store and 5 employees working. Rude as could be but it’s fine j c penny is 2 stores down and glad to have people supporting their business and for that I’m thankful

I just went into American Eagle at the Valdosta Mall (around 7:40). It took me about 5 minutes to pick out the items I wanted to try on. When I asked the employee if he could open a dressing room for me, his reply was, “Nope, they are actually closed because we are closing in about 7 minutes.” This is something you should tell the 2 customers that were in your store before they collected their items. He was trite and made it very clear he was not worried about losing my business. Not a ton of shopping options in valdosta, but I won’t be returning to AE. ?

Very POOR customer service. We were in the store a few days ago, and we stood in the check out line for almost 15 minutes!!! The tall blond just stood by the fitting rooms on her phone!! Never acknowledged us until my Daughter walked over towards her. They were just laughing and carrying on. We will not be returning. I used to love american eagle and there good customer service, but it seems like no one cares as much anymore. It was very disappointing.

Great place to shop. And if they don't have something in your size they can order it from the store and have it sent to your house!

Okay, so I plan a special day today with me and my daughter to get her ready for eighth grade. Keep an emails with coupons from American eagle keeping emails with so much percentage off I get to the store. And of course I go to check out and the website is messed up She told me that they've been trying to use it on other people's and it was doing the same thing, So why is it at school time American eagle which is a very popular brand is going to do this with there website. The employees know it but they're not allowed to go in and automatically give these discounts even when they know they're there and seen them on my phone. My daughter was very sad and I was very mad So thanks American eagle!!!

American Eagle still only TWO customers per associate. Is that a joke? I am looking at an enormous store in the mall and I can see THREE people in there and three waiting in a line outside. Totally unnecessary. Go somewhere else.

if you open at 11 update your time of opening. waited 30 minutes for some one to tell me they werent open yet. I needed jeans before my shift at 11 and the time was wrong on google.
