You may get less than standard, professional service.-Ricky Bledsoe,AVP Assistant Branch Manager-Jessica - TellerEvery organization has a process and it needs to ve followed without discrimination. This is for the protection and faor and equirable treatment of all involved.The call center advised to go in to complete and sign a form in regards an altered note that I did not authorize. As I am the only authorized person on my account, no other person or entity is permitted to make changes on my account.If there is a change that needs or is desired tp the bank the item needs to be referred back to to the authorized person to address and/or correct is needed. No one else is okay to alter that all.I went into the branch and advised that I needed to dispute the item to complete and sign.Never received it.Unprofessionalism- talkimg very loudly nearly yelling abusive tone,, discussing my personal baning information...very loudly and in a manner that compromised my confidentiality very loudly with very specific information in an unprofessional, loud tone.This person was very abusive to me.This is not "manager" behavior.I was never rude. I advised of hos behavior. Reminded that I simply came in to complete a form as the call center advised that was the only recourse. Instead I was abused and never got
