If I could rate zero stars I would ,ese movers arrived at my residence smelling of Marijuana and appearing to be under the influence of some sort of narcotic, as their movements and speech were unreasonably slow and socially unacceptable. After spending hours packing up my things, I was intrigued to find all these additional charges that I was not made aware of during the packing extravaganza that tallied up without them even asking me for my consent in adding these additional products to my bill such as pricing for additional boxes to place my already boxed items into taped together inadequate boxes that I paid at least $15.00 a box for if not more There was another box full of my clothes that had at least half of my wardrobe in it that had to be thrown out because a rat had chewed through the 2 layers of boxes it was placed in and urinated and deficated all over my belongings and proceeded to expire in my winter hat.Another box of my belongings from the second delivery had roaches in it from storage

The movers worked hard all day. However, my son's Nintendo Switch was synced at 9:15 am, but has been offline ever since. He noticed his switch was missing as soon as he got home from school. I contacted the company and the customer rep explained she never had anyone complain about theft. The first review on Yelp besides mine is about theft from this company. Instead of the manager or supervisor talking with the movers, I was asked to come down and ask where the game system is. Everyone denied seeing it, but it went missing between 9:15 am and 4pm when my son came home. There is no other possibility as to where it is. I am missing the items that belong to me. Hopefully someone else can see this and won't be a victim from this company. Poor customer service and owners/management could care less about what their workers do.

ZERO STARS! they bullied me into an extra 5k before agreeing to load my belongings. They lost/stole most of our belongings. Our computer, expensive furniture, rugs, etc. They knew I had to be out with my two young girls. They hire day laborers from Craigslist. Permanent footprints and smashe/cracked drawers on my daughters furniture. Worst of all, they loaded a memory box that the big, smelly guy with a Russian accent refused to take back off truck. They lost videos of my girls being born, first lost teeth, haircut, awards report cards. They lost our memories AND stole our computer so no way to get them back. If you call Susan K ( no one provides last name because they are criminals) or Lacey, they will swear at you or hang up on you.

Apex Moving and Storage is the worst company I ever dealt with. The staff in upper management does not care about the customers. The QC team called me the day before the pick up and increased the cost of moving. I had given two dates to pick but the pick up team never picked up my stuffs even after calling them many times. I decided to call my friends and use U-Haul instead in the last minute. I feel betrayed by this company and will never use them and will never recommend this company to anyone.

Was quoted $1,200 to move a one bedroom apt, we have much less then that, no bed, no dresser, no table, and was charged $2,200. $2,000 is what another company was charging to also transport our vehicle with the furniture. So we decided we'd drive back to save money. Now everyday they hold our furniture hostage till this gets resolved, it's costing us money, delaying our move, and can cost us our jobs.

This company does not deserve an 1 for a rate, because it is not a trustworthy company. This company was the only company the military offered to move us across the country. We only was given a few weeks to prepare for this move, & was told everything would go smooth. We were told that the company would come to our home to see how much material was needed for the move, but they never came to do that. Therefore, they claimed they did not have enough materials for the move & was not prepared. The main issue I have is the thieves working at this company. They stole a lot of our things, and just threw the original packages in the boxes as if they were packed. Some of the items that were stolen was not placed on the inventory sheet, so they knew they were covering their trail. I'm all for supporting businesses, especially those in a small town. However, this business needs to be replaced by a more trustworthy company. I am disgusted with this company and will never recommend or use them ever again. The military also should not do business with them just because it is more convenient. The money the government is paying them is giving them a window shopping experience to our valuables that could or could not come up missing. Therefore, I am warning not just military families but all potential future clients because I do not want this to continue to happen to others.

DO NOT CALL OR BOOK! They are scammers! From day one, they say one thing and do another. They are, at best, a run down family business. The sales "team" is completely clueless about the product they are selling you over the phone. They are the only friendly voice you'll hear from that point on. I'm a law student and their contract was done by one of the clueless morons working for them. First of all, know that businesses are judged by the standard in their field. The standard for my delivery was 2 days to pack and bring my items to me and 2 days for the truck and men to drive back to their storage. These guys want a window of 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS! Yes, because one can easily walk up to the boss and ask for 2-10 business days off. Plus, when I asked when I would receive a call to know the delivery time, I was told that someone would call me 2 hours before they arrived. Again, are they that stupid? They had me on the phone for a week between 20+ phone calls at work and a dozen emails, the delivery date and address were wrong. Trying to correct these mistakes was worse than clipping an aneurysm. Needless to say, every single time I had to call them, I was greeted with a "f*** you" attitude. Not only did they take $622 for a deposit to "sign the contract," but when that was done, I had to wait additional days to set a pick up time. Oh yea! They don't call you until 2 days before they can schedule you. Why? because their contract states that they can keep you deposit if you cancel before 3 days from pick up. So you can cancel, but they will keep your money AND give you an attitude for it. I paid an additional $800 for their "straight delivery." This was useless since they kept my items for 4 full days anyway. And, they asked for $1600+ in cash on pick up day on the premise that "since the pick up date was so close, they needed to ensure payment went through." For those who don't know how a credit card works (please read carefully Apex), a credit card ensures payment to the vendor. So yes, payment clears automatically. Then the credit card company sends me a bill for money they have up-fronted for me. My items have still not been delivered. My items are coming from Chicago to New York. Go with a bigger company. At the very least, you know other companies have been working in this industry for years. They are half the price of all competitors, but they are not worth a penny. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BOOK THIS MOVING COMPANY. They have no idea what they are doing and lack the education to work in the business. Based on the other complaints on yelp, I have made a complain with BBB (which I now realize they have 42 complaints)!

If I could leave no stars, I would. I hope & pray that other people read all of the reviews before even THINKING about working with this company. My husband &I contracted this company to provide us with moving services from WA to OH . Our rep, Raul, seemed to be competent &helpful- boy were we fooled. We spoke with him, collectively, on 4 different occasions to ensure that everything was set. We were supposed to have been quoted for a full house move, including "white-glove" packing service. Ha. White glove. The DAY BEFORE our scheduled pick-up, Todd, a quality assurance agent, called my husband & more than DOUBLED the estimate because, somehow, Raul did not include any cubic footage for boxes in our original quote. THEN, when I said there is no way we can afford the new quote & we don't want to use the service we were told we would be out the deposit we already provided because it was less than 3 days before the scheduled pick-up/move. That was over $3,300!! It gets better- the packers arrive, one day & 3 hours late, and made a whirlwind of a mess in the home. It was far from white glove. They were there from 3:30pm until dang near midnight! As they're packing, the lead comes in & says we have an issue- we've already hit our reserved space & wants to know how we want to proceed. Mind you, there were still things that were on the inventory breakdown still in the home- including our king size mattress, living room rug, children's bedroom furniture, and all the garage items! So of course we discuss what the overage is & say we'll handle this with Raul on the next business day... Another $1000 & a huge headache later, Raul never answers or returns calls & we ended up having to throw out, donate, or leave behind things that should have been loaded. The packers, two of the three, reeked of pot, as they continually would take breaks outside and smoke. They left all their garbage all over our home. Gets better- I end up calling for days & leaving multiple messages. TO no avail. Finally, someone answers! She forwards me to another gentleman, without telling me who, and low & behold it's the OWNER. We begin to discuss the situation & we get "disconnected." I call back, she patches me through & sent to voicemail! 2 days go by, when I finally get a call back from the operations manager for the warehouse holding our goods, in WA! Our stuff is supposed to be meeting us in Ohio. Raul said so! I explain the entire situation, from the 4 calls with Raul, the call with Todd, the more than doubling of the quote the day before scheduled pick up, & the fact that our belongings are in a warehouse & are now not scheduled to even be loaded onto a long haul truck for 3 more days with this nice lady. Reluctantly, she finally returns the call. She tells me the OWNER says there isn't a darn thing they can do, no discount or anything because it isn't their/his fault that the quote was messed up since it's an outside agency they contract with to provide this portion of the service!! Are you effin' kidding me!? Man, I wish I would have just sold all of the replaceable items & bought new when we arrived because that's what we're doing any ways. Items damaged. Packers just dumped things into boxes, literally tipped baskets & bins upside down & poured them into large boxes. Our children's baby boxes, oh, they taped them together & just tossed them into the truck. They're destroyed. Picture frames- yeah, they wrapped three of them in a blanket, bound it with tape, and destroyed those too. My brand new master bedroom furniture and living room furniture, they ruined those as well. Busted pieces off my bed, scratched up dressers, and destroyed the center console on my loveseat- it's caved in. The double tagged boxes to claim more cubic footage! And left boxes half empty! Customer service? Uh, what customer service. Once they have your items and your money, don't expect to

Thieves and liars! I have never felt so robbed, lied or played with by any other company. I have been waiting for over a month for my things and I can't even get a hold of anyone. Tasha spoke to me once and all she did was be rude to me. I was promised so many things. That I will get my things at a certain date and it's been over a month. How can this company still be open? All the comments are negative and people are mad. How is this even legal? I am reporting them to BBB and making sure they don't keep screwing people over. I hope my things get here safe and without damage. I'm scared after reading people's comments and reading that when their things do get delivered, they are scratched and/or broken. Something needs to be done.
