“Play pretty good they went above and beyond what they had to do for me the little girl at the front desk when I called and asked about my package being delivered I had asked if I could come by the store and pick it up and she told me no because you know how big the TV was and all this and I'm completely understood but in about 5 minutes she called me back and told me since it was in the box I could come by and pick it most people in today's businesses would not have called you back they do not put forth the effort has been my experience but arron's A Plus customer satisfaction and service”
“Jonah Dean came by and installed our dishwasher today. From the moment he arrived to the moment he left, he was very courteous and professional. Jonah was personable and knowledgeable. The fact that in this uncertain season he wore a mask and kept an acceptable distance was such a responsible and respectful gesture. He also answered any and all questions regarding the use and function of our new dishwasher, cleaned up during and after the install. Jonah even went the extra mile by cleaning off the fingerprints and sticker residue on the dishwasher front even after I mentioned that I could get that myself.
