“Jonah Dean came by and installed our dishwasher today. From the moment he arrived to the moment he left, he was very courteous and professional. Jonah was personable and knowledgeable. The fact that in this uncertain season he wore a mask and kept an acceptable distance was such a responsible and respectful gesture. He also answered any and all questions regarding the use and function of our new dishwasher, cleaned up during and after the install. Jonah even went the extra mile by cleaning off the fingerprints and sticker residue on the dishwasher front even after I mentioned that I could get that myself. Exceptional, local, timely, and friendly service!! Thank you Jonah and Greene Supply!”

“While I did not fulfill my order, I wanted to write a note about my experience with Go Direct Appliance. John was extremely responsive and answered my questions and concerns immediately. I called to cancel shortly after placing my order due to the original order (placed with another company) being resolved after issues with stock. John with Go Direct was understanding and respectful unlike the other company who was not interested in my complaint and concerns about their false inventory.Go Direct Appliance has my future business due to their quick response and great attitude even when I called to cancel my order. These guys seem to be focused on running a clean and friendly business, something missing in the business world these days.”

“Play pretty good they went above and beyond what they had to do for me the little girl at the front desk when I called and asked about my package being delivered I had asked if I could come by the store and pick it up and she told me no because you know how big the TV was and all this and I'm completely understood but in about 5 minutes she called me back and told me since it was in the box I could come by and pick it most people in today's businesses would not have called you back they do not put forth the effort has been my experience but arron's A Plus customer satisfaction and service”

My son and daughter, Jack Jr. & Peppa, love going in and building their builder kits and wearing their orange aprons every time we visit on the first Saturday of the month. He was absolutely fantastic and had great customer service. So thankful for him helping me and being patient while my daughter was cranky and tired. Wish I could give him 6 stars.”
