The fact that in this uncertain season he wore a mask and kept an acceptable distance was such a responsible and respectful gesture. He also answered any and all questions regarding the use and function of our new dishwasher, cleaned up during and after the install. Jonah even went the extra mile by cleaning off the fingerprints and sticker residue on the dishwasher front even after I mentioned that I could get that myself. “I was reading all the horrible comments on here. So recently I rented a washer and dryer from Aaron’s in Valdosta, I completed my order online so I never entered the store. I had the best customer service. The Two men that delivered it to my home were very professional and nice. They called me out to check the washer and dryer and went over how to operate. I have a long driveway and I said you can turn around in the grass he said No Ma’am we are not allowed to do that I said it’s okay. He replied no Ma’am but thank you. So I had a great experience and about to rent something else pray all goes the same.”

“Love this store! I’m a lover of vintage finds typically but I came to Hometown to find a couch for my newest beach home and the staff took all the time to go through swatches and styles/textures/colors of fabric to make sure we designed the perfect couch for the space! Not just visually but since comfort was my top priority they took the time to show me all the different options of mattresses for the pull out part of the couch. Lastly, they delivered it to my beach home for me at no additional cost and placed it right where it needed to be! Hands down, no less than 10 stars for this business! Customer service is impressive and, yes, my couch is gorgeous!!!”
