For the most part, the staff was very thorough and professional. Only complaint I have is the lady working the front desk. Very short and rude. This is the first person you encounter so it kind of sets the tone for what’s to come. Overall it wasn’t that bad

Aspen Dental was awesome! I am an adult that is terrified of the dentist and they were great! From my dental assistant to my dental hygienist. I couldn’t have ask for better. I will certainly be back.

The staff was that did my x-rays was friendly and helpful. I was then put in a room and told then hygienist would be with me and then the dentist would come and see me. I never saw a hygienist. The dentist finally came and met with me and went over a care plan that sounded relatively good. I worked with a lady after that who said she would call me next week to let me know about my insurance. After not hearing from Aspen Dental for over a month, I have been trying to call multiple times and could not get a person, left several messages and never received a call back. I got through this morning and the person who answered was a bit short with me and did not even give me the option to set up an appointment after telling me they heard back from my insurance and the first part would be a cleaning at least she told me to have a blessed day! I guess they have more business than they can handle and do not care to lose a patient.

Thanks for pulling my Tooth the next day after I reached out for your services, but unfortunately after my surgical tooth removal y’all gave me a prescription with no dea# on it or signature so the pharmacy couldn’t fill the prescription then after that. I reached out to the emergency contact number more than once it took 8 hours for them to reach back out to me just for them to electronically call in the pain medicine but not the antibiotics they prescribed. It’s not there fault the pharmacy didn’t have the pain medicine but to make a long story short it’s day 4 after a surgical extraction with no pain medicine or antibiotics because they made a mistake and all they can tell me is I should of went to the emergency room and created another bill that they not going to pay for. But thanks for the tooth removal. This pain isn’t as bad as tooth ache lol.

My appointment today went great. From the time I walked into Aspen Dental this morning every one that help me was very friendly and helpful. I will be back for the next phase of my dental plan.

Not very good. Went in for help with lower denture replacement. Run around their dental mill. Told what they felt I needed, all kinds of pricey things on upper teeth. Then took $350 dollar for lower x-rays needed for the lower denture replacement because I have in-plant post for dentures. We will call you ! Didn't , haven't . Got an e-mail saying we are ready to start your upper dental work plan. Waste of $350 and 3hrs of my time. Staff was however nice, but over worked. The office was packed with people and the dentist wasn't even in the office.

Is this actually a real business?? I have called the Valdosta office several times over the last 2 weeks and the phone just rings and then eventually sends me to voice-mail. I have left 2 messages and the national scheduling line has also left messages on my behalf with absolutely no response. To say this business has horrible customer service would be putting it mildly...at this point you should probably just shut the place down if you can not manage to even response to a request for services.

alright first step when I called them I spoke with lady on phone she couldn't tell me if they took my insurance said they would call me day befor my appointment they be able answer qustion. well day befor appointment I did not receive call they sent me email. I setted in waiting room hour an hafe they didn't have many chairs in there. im young my parents raised me to respect the elder an I dont like seeing older ppl standing up so I gave them my seat. they finely called me back I setted in another room for hour. they finely came in talked to me. older lady that talked to me was very nice answer all questions I had. finely guy came in started makeing my moulding I had have dentures made he was cool just need slow down an speak more clearly. but long story short lady on phone told me I get my dentures that day. when I spoke with guy that made moulding he said it be 2 weeks. they had me come back same day at 2 finish up then it went to month. when he got done he said we was finshed I had ask him wat was next all he would say they be calling me. paying 4000 dollars they should clarify more an take more time explain more.

The personnel at Aspen were not friendly at all...I felt like I was a number in a factory. I am not happy at all with my denture. They never asked me for a picture of my natural teeth so these do not look "natural" and still, after all these fittings, are not comfortable. It's difficult to eat, as my "teeth" do not meet the bottom teeth, to even properly bite down. Aspen was happy enough to take all my money, but couldn't even talk to me while I was there! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
